Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
- Due to my experience with leadership as an Ethics Committee Assistant back in 2022, along with my current leadership experience as an Internal Security Inspector, and the available opening for this position, I genuinely feel that I have what it takes to maintain and surpass the requirements as a Site Advisor, so that I may do what it takes to strengthen Foundation operations. Considering the duties I have performed as an Ethics Committee Assistant are similar to those of a Site Advisor, albeit on a larger scale overall, I am capable of leveraging my past and current leadership experience to share it with other Foundation Departments, thereby enhancing the quality of how everything is being driven. With this advancement, the environment demands dedication and resilience qualities that I have developed through prior experience, which is something I can greatly provide. Thanks to my experience at Site-65 and the Internal Security Department, it has helped me shape my approach to leadership, offering guidance that is firm yet fair, without seeking authority for its own sake.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
- As I have previously mentioned, I have worked closely with high powers of Foundation staff (The Ethics Committee) during my past experience as an Ethics Committee Assistant, which means that I have experience to follow closely with what orders I must abide by the superior Site Administration team, while setting myself as a good example, and taking in any responsibility that may be follow under my supervision. I follow, stick, and stay true to everything that I say, including what I have said above, and I have a firm hold on my beliefs on what should be done right and properly. I provide and currently maintain an active status that exceeds expectations, as it demonstrates my commitment to monitoring the status of everything within the Foundation. I will always follow and take direct orders from my superiors and get the job completed, whether it is wanted or needed, and whether I am told to or not told to, things will be done through hard work and dedication. With my experience as a member of the Internal Security Department, I have very suitable knowledge on the Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct, Foundation Legal Codes, and other department policies/rules that I can support in maintaining without any struggle whatsoever. No matter how troubling any issue may be, I will do whatever I can to help from an ethical standpoint; anyone can come up to me with any guidance that they need without stress. I have overall shown myself to be a trustworthy and eligible person who can do the things that need to be done, and I will do whatever it takes.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Before I go into what responsibilities Site Advisors are expected to do, it should be noted that Site Advisors are to take their job very seriously and should operate without causing any casualties if possible, which is what I intend to do at all times.
The responsibilities of a Site Advisor include the duties of providing oversight of every foundation personnel from their respective department within Site-65, as well as providing surveillance of any invited GoI organizations, such as the Global Occult Coalition, for example. Regarding GoI organizations, it's to be noted that Site Advisors should be encouraged to bring together positive relations to prevent more trouble than there already may be, and it is also encouraged to help with other GoI organizations to keep up with said positive relations. Whilst overseeing the departments within the Foundation, Site Advisors are expected to manage and review to ensure active, professional, and ethical standards. As Site Advisors manage and review departments and Foundation personnel, they should promote and follow the Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct, Foundation Legal Codes, and Site Administration policies, rules, and duties. If any leadership positions are open and in the process of being reviewed by Site Administration, Site Advisors should vote and leave input on whether they think the person applying seems fit or not.
In the event of any Foundation emergencies, it should be encouraged for any Site Advisor to lead through any emergency. If there is a Code 5/4/3 containment breach, and recontainment is a huge struggle for Combative Foundation personnel to contain, Site Advisors should authorize advanced armory if necessary, with the appropriate trust in who can be authorized to use advanced armory. If it's a Code 5/4/3/1 emergency, or a major Code 2 riot emergency, it's encouraged that the Site Advisor gets to a secure and protected location whilst giving appropriate orders to combat the emergency to conclude any trouble as soon as possible.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
- Zephaniah Lucas Gonzalez was born on November 13th, ████, in the city of Springfield, Illinois. During his years from middle school to high school, he fantasized about joining the police force, as he felt that he could make a difference in bringing a safer community, something that had been on his mind since he learned that his mother had passed away due to a violent gang activity that had occurred in the middle of the night. During his years in college, he attended Lincoln Land Community College at the age of 18, where he also attended the police academy at the Macon County Law Enforcement Training Center (MCLETC). Due to his role model behavior in showing how well fit he was to uphold the law and regulations, he dropped out of college and became a law enforcement officer, in which he fulfilled his goal to avenge and protect the community he grew up around.
- By the age of 22, Zephaniah was at the top of his game, and Foundation agents scattered across Illinois had been recently observing his duties and behavior, and in disguise, they offered him a business opportunity to enforce at a private facility. After a serious background process, interviews, forums, and agreements, he was offered the job to work in the ISD department at Site-65, gaining proper clearance and information that he swore to keep at utmost secrecy. He continues to work at the Foundation and remains a vigilant and respected member of the ISD department.

[Heavy Containment Zone, Site-65. 12:49 AM]
Inspector Zephaniah stormed down the corridor, his eyes locked on the figure he had spotted through CAM 6. A tall man in a grey suit and fedora stood outside SCP-███’s chamber, head wrapped completely in white bandages.
Zephaniah: shouting “Hands where I can see them! Stay completely still!”
[The man lifted his hands slowly, palms outward. His voice was calm, eerily collected.]
Stranger: “There’s no need for panic. I’m only here to attend to my business.”
Zephaniah: keeping his stance “This is restricted ground. You’re actively trespassing, now stay put until my backup arrives.”
Stranger: tilts his head, almost amused “Backup? No, Inspector. It is only you and I here.”
[Before Zephaniah could react further, the man snapped his fingers. Darkness swallowed him whole.]
[An open field. Endless wheat swayed under a pale sky. Zephaniah bolted upright on the ground, disoriented. His rifle, gear, and comms were gone. The wind carried the sound of distant chimes. Ahead lay a path leading to a small farmhouse, its wooden walls old and weathered. Above the door, carved into the frame, read: “Zephaniah Lucas Gonzalez.”]
With no other destination, he approached. The door creaked open, revealing a dim interior lit by a single lantern. At a table sat the bandaged man.
Zephaniah: voice sharp “Hey! What the hell is this now, and what do you want?”
Stranger: without looking up “You’re early.”
Zephaniah: “Early for fucking what? You brought me here and I don’t even know what this place is, you better start talking or so help me god.”
Stranger: slowly standing “You sure do have a good eye on those security cameras, it sure had me fooled.” he chuckles to himself
Zephaniah: steps forward, fists clenched “If this is some kind of trick—”
Stranger: interrupting, voice echoing unnaturally “Your oaths, your codes… shackles you wear proudly. But listen well: one day, they will look to you. Not as a guard. Not as a watchman. But as a guide. A hand at the wheel when Site-65 loses its way.”
[The lantern flickered. Shadows on the walls shifted into silhouettes — faceless figures seated at desks, clipboards in hand, pens scratching silently. Their heads turned in unison toward Zephaniah.]
Zephaniah: uneasy, backing away “A… guide?”
Stranger: leans close, his bandaged face inches away “Advisor. Manager. Director. Call it what you will. Authority not to follow orders… but to give them. You are being weighed, Inspector. And the scales tip in your favor… for now.”
Zephaniah: snapping back, voice shaking with anger “No one decides my fate but me!”
[The Stranger slowly takes his hand to unravel the bandages that covers his face. Revealing to Zephaniah, for what appears to be his Doppelgänger.]
Zephaniah(?): snaps his fingers once more, thunder rolling across the field “Exactly.”
[The farmhouse vanished in a flash of white. The rustling of wheat transformed into muffled voices, radios crackling. Zephaniah gasped awake, lying flat on the cold floor of Site-65’s corridor. Harsh fluorescent lights seared his eyes. Epsilon-11 operatives stood guard, rifles trained down the . Two medics knelt over him.]
Medic #1: “Sir, stay still. You blacked out for nearly seven minutes. Pulse stabilizing.”
Medic #2: checking his eyes with a flashlight “Do you know where you are? Can you state your name and position for us?”
Zephaniah: breathing heavily, eyes darting “…Zephaniah Lucas Gonzalez. Inspector… Site-65…” pauses, whispering almost to himself “…and something more.”
[The medics exchanged worried looks. Radios buzzed with updates. Above him, the sterile ceiling felt miles away, as the Stranger’s words echoed in his mind—“A hand at the wheel when Site-65 loses its way.”]
