been trying to grind scp but so hard to get xp lol

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: I got blacklisted for cheating I got unbanned I resolved the issue that took a big toll when being on server but i got warns couple times and banned but I am sure ive changed.
What makes you suitable for SCP-22415? ive seen people it that play as 22415 and I feel like that I am suitable to play as that and roleplaying as the type of scp is perfect for my type of playstyle in roleplaying and I am good at rp in different situations.
What is the usual behavior of SCP-22415?: SCP-22415 is mostly chilling in the main lobby just talking to people and helping anybody in need and generally a good person around the site.
When there's a CI raid, you see MTF's combatting CI, you also see researchers running away from the fight. Who do you aid and why?:
I would run to any non-combative personnal and get them out of the area asap and putting them in my dimension and keep them safe until everything is cool down and get the other 22415 -2 to heal the personnal.
You are playing as SCP-22415-3, 076 is currently running towards you. There is a researcher behind 076 which he hasn't noticed. Should you repel 076 and why?
I would not repel the 076 because that would get the researcher in danger or get him killed.
You are playing as SCP-22415-1. A D-Class is proactively escaping D-block, he is low on health and demanding medical attention what do you do?: I would not help them because that's not my job and I don't work with the D class it would give the d class an advantage on getting heal by 22415 and he doesn't want the gensec getting killed or any personnal in serious danger I would try to get the d class out and convince them to leave.
