List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: I currently am in MTF E-11 as a SPC, DEA Senior Agent, ISD Agent, and have applied for GSD Sergeant. I have also held GOC before.

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: I have a total of 2 warnings. My first warning was for FailRP, which resulted from a time when I was 912. I was ordered to go into D-Block and attempt to subdue D-Class with weapons from rioting, but I was unaware that without a Code 2 being called I couldn't go into D-Block even if ordered to. I told the staff member I understood and apologized, and haven't repeated that mistake. My second warning is for metagaming, which was a result of a triple breach I was in where the other SCPs PM'd me and asked me questions, which I ignored at first but foolishly decided to respond to. I realize I shouldn't have replied at all, if anything I should've told them that PM'ing as an SCP is metagaming so they didn't continue to do so.

What makes you suitable for SCP-096?: I've had a fair amount of time playing the server as SCP and as non-SCP. I have also assisted in breaching 096's where I was able to watch how they role-played the situation, abiding to the rules. Because of this I feel I have a good understanding of how to play as 096 properly should I have the chance/ability to do so. I would love to expand my ability to role-play in different situations, and I ensure that I will contribute the best role-play experience as 096 as I can.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: Usually, 096 will be shuffling about or sitting in his containment cell, crying and sobbing.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: If 096 is to breach, it depends on how. If he is passive breached, he is only allowed to roam around aimlessly, as nobody has seen a picture of his face so he has no clear goal of reaching anywhere. If he is breached due to a picture of his face being looked at, he is able to break any door between him and the person who has seen his face. This means if a guard in D-Block or a D-Class themselves has seen his face, then he is able to go into D-Block. Otherwise, he cannot beeline straight to D-Block if nobody there has seen his face. The only circumstance that would allow it is someone who HAS seen his face, runs towards D-Block or is already inside.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process: Most of the time, it's bucket-beam-cuff, but beam-bucket-cuff could also work. First, he would have to kill all of his targets who has seen his face, or you would have to beam him before that but not always successful. Ideally you would want a scrambler for this, otherwise you're a target. Once that is met, you attempt to put a bucket on his head to prevent anyone else from triggering his rage state. Once he is successfully bucketed, you put him into SCP restraints cuffs and drag him back down to his cell, closing the door once he's in to re-contain him. It helps to have an extra bucket once he has one placed on him, as there's a limit to how long the bucket lasts.
