PAC Requesting Approval
PAC Requested (Which job): GOC Colonel
Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:228367471
Details: Uses a generic Halo 5 Recruit model, so not unlike models we actually use (Black suit, and Yellow suit both being Halo models), therefore i believe it fits in with the current set of armors fairly well, while still remaining distinct enough from our actual suits.
As a CL5 Officer within the GOC, i feel it's reasonable that they would be able to requisition a set of GEN+1 armor for personal protection. (Black suit being considered GEN+2). The primary benefit of the armor compared to standard equipment is it's vitals monitoring systems, very basic air filtration (Enough for smoke, not chemicals) , and the materials it's made out of are noticeably higher quality than a basic Battle Dress.
A rank patch on the armor (Could try to add it in to the pac itself, but haven't messed with adding decals/PNG's to a pac in a while) would still allow for them to be identified as a LTCOL/COL when up close, and the armor being very distinct should allow it to be identified from a distance after being seen in person enough.
