Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: I received a lot of bans 3 years ago because I was an immature 13 year old and I deeply regret how much of a problem I was, I’ve made it my mission to be better than I was and improve my overall character and devotion to keeping the roleplay experience authentic and realistic at all times, research and writing is my passion, and being the best me that I can be is something that I’m working on while I spend my time with my fellow researchers. I have some FailRP warns for some rule misunderstandings but after refreshing myself on the rules and rulings I believe it will not happen again.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:
#1: Research is my passion, and it crushes me to see Jr researchers and even researchers get lost or come to a standstill in their career, I want to be able to help the little guys get up in the hierarchy and find what research is their passion and aid them in that journey as much as possible, while also finding the problem researchers and making sure they are dealt with accordingly, it really hurts to see individuals abusing the research department and taking advantage of the privilege they are given
#2: I have so many project ideas and storylines that I’m actively working on that being an executive would really help with, I want to be able to devote my all into making my projects and studies as best as possible and I’ve decided that being an executive would aid in my many things I’m working towards
#3: I enjoy work, I don’t mind doing the mundane things like grading papers, filing documents and being a help around the office, I enjoy those things because it's what makes the research cycle complete, and I know how many times I’ve waited for a grade and when I get it, it's a sweet feeling, so I want to be able to be on constantly to help others achieve that same feeling
I believe that if given another change by RSD leadership, I can be the shining example of what it means to be an executive researcher and help everyone in the department flourish beyond what they ever thought they could. I am sincerely sorry for the misactions and mistakes I have made in the past, but I feel as though I’ve grown and have come to understand the site hierarchy a little better and I believe I can make a true difference.
-
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
#1: My understanding for my duties and responsibilities, I understand what it means to be an executive researcher, and I hang out with a few executives on the regular, I see what it looks like and am prepared to take on that challenge, I aspire to put my utmost and complete effort into everything I do for the research department as a whole and I truly believe that I will be able to make a difference.
#2: My time, I spend a lot of time on CN and I believe that I can constantly be of service to everyone at the foundation, not just RSD, and I consider myself to be friendly and approachable, I strive to be totally ethical and follow the expectation of professionalism and uphold the code of ethics at all times.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?:
I have 3 and I’m very proud of all of them and I strive to write many more, I try to make my documents unique and very attention grabbing, but ideas for unique tests come and go
What makes a document excellent is a handful of things, the most important is grammar and formatting, if your document doesn’t look good it shows a lack of care for your project, and that's something I aim to aid with low level researchers, getting a format that they like, but secondly what make a document excellent is effort and creativity, tests should be creative and unique, you can always cram another D-Class down the staircase but we know what that’ll do,

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?: There are a lot of responsibilities of an executive, so I’ll give a list. Grading documents, briefing personnel on CL4 SCP’s, helping low level RSD get accustomed to research, logging merits, filing documents, evacuating RSD during code blacks, taking part in CL4 projects, disciplining misbehaving researchers and much more.
-
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in: I am currently developing an SCP of my own and hope to get some events spurred on that but I’m looking for any and all work! But actively my researcher is a clanker, I was hit by an explosive by CI when they were raiding and due to a multitude of anomalous exposure in Site-234 before I was transferred, I was able to sustain life while missing over 95% of my body. I specialize in infections and the likes and would like to see that topic expanded within Site-65.

Closing notes:
I love research, writing is my passion and creativity is something I pride myself in, I’ve made so many friends in the research department and will continue to make more. I’ve had an experience in this server that no other video game has given me. I feel like the things I do actually matter instead of just being things I do to close the gameplay loop, I truly enjoy everything I do at Site-65 and am improving myself as I go along to ensure I’m the best me I can be. I’m learning my place in the foundation hierarchy and respecting those in authority. I really hope you consider my application because research is my total passion, I wouldn’t trade my position for the world and I am so thankful that I even have the opportunity to do these things and am appreciative of this chance y’all have given me to make a real difference in the research department. Have a wonderful day and thank you for taking the time to read this.
