Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?
- I have been a medical main since I first started playing on the server. after this long time of me being apart of medical I though it would be good for me to try to step up a bit more. I want to use my experience from me playing as a SR doctor and combat medic to get more people into medical ,trained and try to create more medical based RP. Also some friends awhile ago from both medical and the research department thought I should try to become a consultant so I'm finally going to try.
What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:
- I try to be as collected ,efficient and accurate as possible. I go out of my way to try to help everyone I possibly can when needed. I do help a lot of trainees and doctors when they are lost on something or confused and I want to continue to do that in position where I can do more for them and teach them.
Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
-Psych evals are started when a person that has been deemed necessary for one is is either brought in or walks in and request one and brought into the dedicated office. the paper work starts off with the patients basic info: Name ,age ,job and rank ,clearance level and reason for the evaluation. After that first few pages see how the patient is feel mood wise and how their day is going. Next set of pages dives into the patients relations and work life. Third set digs a bit to see if there's any trauma that might be the issue with the patient. Last set is an overall summary on how the patients feeling with questions being asked and the patient responds with a 1 through 5 ranking. After all questions are asked the doctor performing the evaluation will make a decision on if the patient needs further attention what med's to administer and future treatment.
What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:
` Consultants are at all times expected to adhere to all site rules while on the job. Conduct trainings for new medical staff and combat medic recruits on a normal basis. They are to help and support all medical staff when needed if they are struggling or overwhelmed with anything. Handle all outside staff issues with medical and internal staff issues. Consultants should lead or help support any RP scenario for medical whenever possible. Consultants are permitted to evaluate CL4 staff for psychological needs.
Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
-coming from a long line of military servicemen Erik joined the German army and became a combat medic. After 4 years of service Erik left the army to continue their career in medical leading them to a job in the U.S. while in the U.S Erik decided to extend their career in medical into psychic field which lead to a job offer for a mental asylum. Years later the asylum was shut down for conducting unethical experiments behind the scenes. Shortly after they were scooped up and hire by the foundation and was moved to Canada. Few months into foundation employment where their SR doctor role consisted of reattaching hands and conducting psych evals mix of a scp-049 breach and mass d-class escape lead to their permeant injury. During the events of both the breach and the escape a small hoard of SCP-049-2 chased them into the medical departments armory where a group of escaped d-class where raiding for weapons. One d-class armed with a 12g shotgun opened fire on the doctor hitting center mass. Post breach the doctor woke up on the surgery room floor connected to a backpack air tank and a gasmask stitched to the head all connected together with hoses one leading from the "filter" of the mask and another leading straight into their chest. Further exams showed that their lungs were removed and all functions and connections replaced with the tank and hoses. Two weeks of leave after the event they returned to work with new arrangements in place for their "injury" where the continued their work in psychology and therapy.
