Captain Abchanchu Balor was once regarded as a disciplined and dependable Foundation officer, known for placing containment and the safety of his personnel above all else. During a high-risk containment operation involving an unidentified demonic anomaly, the mission suffered a catastrophic breach. While the anomaly was successfully recontained, Captain Balor was exposed to an anomalous influence before evacuation.Medical examinations found no signs of infection, possession, or cognitive instability. However, over the following weeks, his body underwent gradual and irreversible physical changes.
His skin became unnaturally pale, with dark, vein-like markings spreading across portions of his neck and arms. His eyes developed a faint crimson glow under low-light conditions, while two horn-like growths slowly emerged from his forehead. Despite these changes, repeated psychological evaluations confirmed that Captain Balor remained mentally sound and fully loyal to the Foundation.
The Foundation classified his condition as a stable anomalous mutation rather than active possession. Extensive testing showed no evidence of supernatural abilities beyond his altered appearance. He cannot summon entities, manipulate reality, regenerate unnaturally, or influence others through anomalous means.
