1 week ERP ban
I was banned for 1 week when I first started on the server and was new to the rules. I was making jokes with some friends on D-class and someone recorded it and I got banned. I'm not going to make excuses for this as it was my fault and I need to do better when it comes to server rules.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
Currently I am a chief chemist for the Chemical Research board and Toast is the current executive over us since we lost our last one. This has put a lot of strain on him and his duties as DOR so I am applying to give him breathing room. Also I would like to bring some new life into the research department when it comes to chemical research and testing. Research in a sense is the life blood of the site as it creates new opportunities to advance the site in new ways. I want to be apart of the beginning of a new era of testing where we can begin discovering new chemicals or way we can involve chemicals in everyday research. Lastly I want to be someone who people can come to for advice when it comes to research. I want people to bring me problems and together we can work out a solution as at the end of the day as researchers our job is to discover and test.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
A couple things come to mind when looking for someone that is suitable for executive and the responsibilities it comes with. I believe my flexibility, sound judgement, and overall willingness to help where needed make me a quality candidate for this position. In research schedules change or unforeseen occurrences happen and my flexibility makes it easier to adjust to make sure problems can be resolved and test can continue and not die out. Sound judgment is a quality all executives must have and that quality is what i do best. My judgment isn't based on feeling or beliefs only on the facts of the situation and the decision is based on logical thinking with the facts in mind. As executive you make decisions that can effect people or test and those decisions must be sound and logical. Lastly I am willing to help anyone with anything when needed. I like to help people with test or projects to a point where sometimes i get overwhelmed with everything i am apart of. I try my best to make sure if someone needs something done or wants to talk if I'm not actively busy i will help them with whatever they need. These are not my only traits that make me suitable for executive, but i believe these are my best characteristics.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I don't have any documents graded for as most of my time in research I have been inside the chemical research board where orders have taken most of my priority. While I understand not having any documents may look bad I believe that doesn't disqualify me from being executive. Excellent documents need a few things to be considered a high quality document. Document to be considered of high quality must have a reason behind the test and what benefits it would have to the foundation as a whole. It also requires in depth study of the interactions during the test whether it be how a chemical reacted or how a d class felt during the test. They should also have a section for expected and unexpected results as test sometimes don't go the way we want it to. Lastly a summary of the test is sign of a excellent document as it shows you can take all the info that you gained during a test and are able to summarize it down for someone to read.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
Training new and old researchers are one of the important responsibilities of a executive as it sets the tone for the Department of research. If a researcher doesn't know what they are doing during a test it gives a bad image to RSD that our staff is untrained. As executive it is our duty to ensure that everyone is properly trained as it shows the rest of the site that our staff is well trained and can be trusted to conduct test that would benefit the foundation. Another one of the responsibilities that an executive has is authorizing documents for testing/sampling SCPs'. They must look at each document given and read it through to insure the test is valid and the person has a honest reason for conducting the test/sampling. Lastly they are the face of role models for the research department and should show what it means to be a researcher. Executives are the face of RSD and are meant to be the example of what people during test should strive to be like.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Bobber Curva was a college student who loved studying Bio chemistry at the college in Austin Texas. He wanted to mix chemicals he discovered and find ways to create drugs and chemicals that could enhance the human race to surpass their limitations. Unfortunately he was kicked out of his dorm for setting it on fire when trying to create a skin that was resistant to fire. Bobber Curva was approached by the foundation and was asked to keep testing new ways chemicals could be used to enhance the human body, but this time using unknown chemicals that were obtained by anomalies. He ended join the chemical research board to help fund his projects and studies as making chemicals could be a expensive endeavor. Bobber slowly made his way through the ranks and finally obtained the rank of chief chemist which allowed him knowledge of new and interesting chemicals that he could of never imagined of.
Storylines
Bobber is currently testing on SCP-610 and SCP-008 and how the two samples from the SCPs interacted with each other and trying to find ways that foundation could suppress or slow down it effects. His current test have proved fruitful when using scraton reality anchors as it slows down the progressiveness of SCP-610. When testing with the samples he notices runes inside the liquid and wrote some letters down to try and make sense of this unknown language.
Another storyline Bobber is apart of is the creation of a liquid called Cure all which is a unknown liquid given to him be [REDACTED] to try and find out how he can synthesize it. So far the chemical testing of it shows that it can cure all forms of disease and illness like SCP-500 and bobber believes it could be a liquid form of SCP-500 but further testing is needed to be for sure.
