its really only used during tribunals, in game foundation announcements, surface raids, and other formal settings. I have been using it a bit more recently and figured I should make an approval. (I should have probably made a request sooner)

During Carter's time in PENTAGRAM he was issued a black dress suit to wear during missions that will or potentially could end up in public view, making him seem like a federal agent. The suit offered limited protection against shrapnel and weaker pistol calibers and made him look fly as hell.
