Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
1755022957264.png
Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
Over my time on Civil Networks, I have gained a good and wide range of experience throughout GSD, E-11, and other CL4 positions. As a result, I think it's a logical step to continue to go up the site chain of command, from Site Advisor. This will open doors to a new world of the site management and policy creating, with my various skills.
During my time as Security Chief, the department has gone through many necessary changes and enhancements. Although this wasn't easy, like the lack of staff often, I've still made it through even though GSD is a harder department to handle since it's the most nail-biting positions; however, I haven't found it 'unfun' or 'irritating' even now. I even got a bit caught up after becoming Security Captain again 2/3 months ago.
After progressing in E-11 as a CO from being a Security Chief, I've also made enhancements more on the document and spreadsheet side. Not only this, I've made various RP/Ingame enhancements to try and make the job enjoyable whilst supervising fellow E-11 doing our job so HCZ is secure (and doing more patrols than CPs, etc).
If I do become SA, I plan to stay as a Site Advisor (and higher) for a while, and I would never find a task too tedious or boring to deal with. Ever since I've been part of the community, I have dreamed of becoming part of SA, or even part of Site Command. I think now is a good time to give it a good shot. I am willing and capable of helping lead any department and the site overall, and my dedication to the game has never been so high. I would love to be a part of them and give Site-65 what I have to offer.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I am suitable for the position of Site Advisor for numerous reasons.
  1. My first reason is how I have invested in many roles, learning their piece of knowledge they had to offer me. In the end, I went for GSD, then E11, and finally A1. I've held a total of 2 Snr CL4 positions, being Security Chief and MTF E-11 MAJ currently. With this level of experience and knowledge, I have learnt and understood how to take proper leadership, enhancements in their area, and most importantly, roleplay. Although not currently holding any Snr CL4 positions or even a CL4, I have shown in the past my wide range of abilities when I was CL4, and I am still showing the best I can be even now as an MTF A-1 member.
  2. Secondly, holding these 2 Senior CL4 positions helped strengthen my organisation and management skills. For example, whilst I was MTF E-11 MAJ, I primarily ran the regiment due to the COM at the time being inactive due to being a super admin, etc. As a result, I am more capable of managing a department/regiment more easily and efficiently, as well as achieving my own goals in the department/regiment for improvement. While I was MTF E-11 MAJ, an E-11 who was in E-11 at the time thought that how I led was "more effective and efficient since the COM at the time wasn't there that often". This is how I am suitable for Site Administration due to being able to manage a lot of people easily and ensuring they are upholding their standards to a good point.
  3. Thirdly, throughout my time in CN, I have developed my decision-making/problem-solving skills to a good extent. As an example, while I was a Security Chief, I would be put into stress situations due to constant d-class riots and lack of GSD; however, I learnt how to tackle these issues and make use of what I have and use the site personnel if needed as well. As such, I have developed the ability to make good and efficient decisions daily to tackle certain issues. Therefore, I am suitable for SA for my developed use and better understanding and everyday use in the area of decision making, taking the lead by myself.
Overall, I am suitable for the position of Site Advisor due to my knowledge, organisational/management skills, and problem-solving skills. Although all of these skills may or may not be in use to be a functioning member of SA, I think that these skills help me understand the functionality of running departments I would possibly oversee, giving me a good grip when starting.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
  • Appointment of Dpt. Directors and MTF COMs for all departments (Exception of ISD, Research, A1/O1)
  • Management of SA Staff: Appointing and managing Site Administration staff
  • Management of all departments/regiments and performance
  • Tribunals: Staff for lower level offenses and impartial judiciary on behalf of ISD for investigations when approved by the Ethics Committee.
  • Management of Policies: Ensuring Site Wide Policies liaising with Site Command are being maintained
  • Authorisation of AA Usage: Giving authorization of AA to MTF NCO+ and any other specifics
  • Authorization of part site closure (for trainings / events)
  • Authorization of specifics/documents: When able to approve e.g. D-Block sweeps, work permits, tests (which doesn't require ethical testing parameters), etc
  • Audits: Giving reviews and feedback on departments failing (and general reviews on departments)
  • Supervise GOI Relations for the site
  • Management of on-site emergencies: For example, containment breaches, code 1's, code blacks, etc
  • First point of contact for departments: Also ensuring the person is following the Chain of Command (or CoC is voided when needed like said people aren't on)
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
