Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
I think it is time for Wilhelm to take his next step in life and climb the ladder of Chief of Security in the General Security Department. He has been with GSD for a while now, trying his best to push others up with him and help everyone wherever he can as well. While he may be strict at times, he really cares for his fellow GSD personnel, as well as other foundation personnel and only wants what is best for them. He tries his best to lead like an example to look up on and also doesn't want others to make the same mistakes he did in his career...
What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
I pretty much get along with anyone as long as they don't disrespect me or others and try my best to be fair to everyone. There is no sugarcoating that I will make mistakes, but I will try my best to learn from them as well as help anyone else with similar problems by sharing my story. Recently I have been focusing on training newly assigned Cadets, even creating a VHS tape just for them to view and learn from. Basically it is basic training for them, learning the ropes with a mentor by their side instead of just standing in D-Block and having to observe everyone else to learn. Of course practical experience doesn't come from it, but they will pick up on it as they go and me as well as the other CPTs/CoS will assist them wherever we can. Of course we can't miss the most important part of all... I love to LARP! Creating RP scenarios is simply a lovely thing to do and it would give me even more opportunities to do so as CoS.
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:
- Maintain Order in GSD and help the Department grow
- Keep good relations with other Departments
- Be a leading figure even during desperate times
- Host regular meetings with the rest of GSD Leadership to keep everyone updated / Discuss new ideas / etc.
- Basic CL4 duties such as : Maintaining/Updating documents/rosters, Giving orders to lower ranked GSD personnel, Review documents about the Regiment (Arrest Reports for example), etc.
- Liaise with SA about the departments progress / adding new policies / etc.
- Ensure Activity, Presence and Duties are being upheld.
- Appoint and manage SGT | CPT Positions
- Host regular trainings with GSD / Crosstrainings with other Departments

Wilhelm Wolf was born and raised in Stuttgart on the 21st of September 1997. His childhood was pretty average, and he had a healthy relationship with his family. Yet not everything was as good as it seems, as Wilhelm always felt like someone was watching him. He would notice one particular person watching him every day at the same place and time. Even when trying to confront this person, the stranger would simply run around a corner and disappear without a trace left behind. He wasn't sure if this person was even human, considering how he kept disappearing before Wilhelm could approach him. This event caused Wilhelm to develop a bad case of scopophobia, and he absolutely despises it when someone he doesn’t know is doing something outside of his field of view in the same room. After finally turning 18, Wilhelm decided to join the German army [Bundeswehr], went through basic training, and eventually became a Feldsanitäter [field medic]. One day, however, he received a letter from an unknown sender and was “invited” to something special. After a short interview with ████████, he decided to take him up on his offer.
At first he was merely another cadet in GSD, still learning the ropes of the foundation and working his way up to eventually become a combat medic..
In the beginning he wasn’t sure if he really wanted to be a part of the Foundation due to his moral principles, yet after a bit more time there he finally made up his mind and decided to stick to the Foundation. He would always try his best to help his patients. For example: giving psych/physical evaluations, doing surgeries, assisting other medical personnel, and sorting chemicals in the back.
Even with some rough cases here and there, he would continue with the same resolve. There was something missing, though, something that makes him special, something that makes him stand out among the rest. He would always walk by many posters, not giving them any attention, yet one particular one would always catch his eye.
After a few years he finally made up his mind to join the Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11. The training was unlike anything he had done previously, but Wilhelm wasn’t one to back down easily and kept going.
However, being part of E-11 was starting to be more of a curse for him, as every containment breach was worse than the last. A sleep-deprived Wilhelm was starting to have minimal anxiety attacks, basically expecting a containment breach at any second, any time, any day.
The constant stress of handling SCPs all the time and holding Primary/Secondary while knowing that an SCP could breach at any moment was getting to him slowly. Wilhelm even had to go to therapy multiple times during his time active in Epsilon-11. This wasn’t really what he wanted, so he decided to look for something else and resign as a Lance Corporal.
General Security Department
After re-joining the General Security Department, Wilhelm decided it would be in his best interest to work on himself there while looking for something else and in the meantime push others up with him. First becoming a Sergeant and then a Captain thanks to his mentor that was as tough as nails, as well as becoming the leader of his own division Order & Compliance. He would go on with his usual duties, along with training Cadets and keeping his inferiors in line. He actually began to think that this was it, this was actually what he was looking for this entire time. Fate however had bigger plans with Wilhelm...
