Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
All Warnings are here: https://postimg.cc/gallery/8jkK9NG
During 2023 and my early days in December 2022, I've been pretty much one of the biggest minges alive. Things took a steady turn in 2024 as I became involved in SCP RP, actually progressing with the first CL-4 role (IA Ambassador) around May 2024.
After the "things changed" period, I've only had 3 warnings so far (2 for mixing, one for ERP):
- Mixing 1 [Oct/Nov 2024]: a very awkward way of teaching an ISD agent about disguises by using the gravity gun (pull) towards a disguised person (there were two people of the same disguise/name in the area); I didn't intend to encourage metagaming. Link to incident: https://drive.google.com/file/d/19johFl7O7lnO7V22eOBVQTk96SclUBqo/view
- Mixing 2 [Oct/Nov 2024]: me lying to an A-1 IN LOOC that asked me whether I took his disguise (which I did, however I was class-F'd by CI). The problem being the fact that I lied in looc instead of lying ic.
- ERP [Feb 4 2025]: as Nu-7 SGT; my intention wasn't actually erotic in nature, I only somehow misunderstood the definition of a phrase.

Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying for Site Advisor as I believe I hold many of the prerequisites or ideals that the director's looking for. These include knowledge of the server & site, leadership & communication skills, as well as competency & professionalism. More in the next question.

The secondary answer is the fact that I like SCP RP as demonstrated by my in-game and OOC activity. As any other player, I feel like I need to progress to the next role; it would have been GSD chief if I were to be captain for a much longer time AND it was open. However, as a slot for Site Advisor is open, and not many are interested, I decided to take a step forward and try my best today, as the worst it can happen is I get denied and come back 2 weeks later (having just enough time to prove myself even more as GSD captain), or that the SA position gets filled (having a lot of time for a chief to resign, prove myself as dpt lead, and then hop on to site advisor).

As a side point, documentation and management are indeed my thing no matter what. I'm well aware that issues arise as a lead (as written below), and while I may seem somewhat unexperienced at first, it's also because I'm not always lucky to have the right personnel or circumstances around.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
Suitability points:
- I believe I'm very knowledgeable about the site and the day-to-day operations of it as well as the aspect of roleplay. I've been a CN SCP RP Player for a very long time (Since December of 2022). While my first periods were not so conventional, I did gather lots of knowledge regarding the site given by how frequently I've played.
- Moreover, I've also held leadership positions like IA Ambassador, ISD Commissioner, Nu-7 CSG/SGT, ECA, GSD Sergeant and GSD Captain (currently).
- These roles have not just taught me how leadership & CL-4 gameplay looks first-hand, but also made me realise how and why roleplay works on the server. You must ensure that whatever it is that you're doing does not interfere with other RP loops, nor does it always force unwilling players to join your game. Other two aspects include conduct (ability to hold temper, & professionalism) as well as understanding who you're dealing with. As a GSD sergeant and even as a captain, I've quickly realised that leading a department can always be a failure. When you try ordering people around and no one listens, and no ISD is available, you can do nothing but simply give up and try another day, or plan it differently. Moreover, no one likes being bossed around, but everyone likes having fun.

Significant experiences:
- Prior to being an IA Ambassador for the first time, I used to write a DAMN lot of arrest reports, which actually annoyed some CL-4s due to the top notification.
- During my time as an ISD commissioner, I've mainly done OOC maintenance in the policy document and the spreadsheet, although I've been very active in-game, but wasn't so eager to lead the department as I was not properly instructed prior to making the gap leap (Inspector -> Commissioner). I've drafted two operations, one being active, the second one being forgotten about as I departed away after getting demoted for the department's overall lack of RP (keeping in mind none of the commissioners at the time were experienced).
- As Nu-7, I've made several cross-trainings with which I tried to be a little creative, ensuring that it was not just point grinding; Some of the CTs included capture the flag (prop) and 1v1v1 with grenades. I resigned as CSG and became ISD commissioner instead of sticking to Nu-7 (or becoming LT).
- As ECA I've mainly done small RP interactions around the Site keeping in mind my role.
- As a GSD Sergeant and Captain I learned my way to lead a department which at times is mostly composed of newbie cadets and at other times a group of competent SRUs. I've tried deviating from typical D-block RP as much as possible and created as much RP as possible during my current time as GSD, whilst making sure RP loops aren't interfered with (D-block unmanned = mad researchers). Even as I'm awaiting for this app's verdict, I'll continue doing what I so far did.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
  • Reporting directly to Site Command & fulfilling their orders as necessary
  • Manage the Site overall. This includes:
    • Authorising: AA, GOC QRF, ERT, D-class mass termination | these authorisations are solely done by judging the severity of an SCP breach.
    • Management of emergencies: declaring a code black by judging the severity of an SCP breach.
    • Announcing when parts of the site close, such as in the case of a cross-training or event.
  • General CL-4 (Operating blast doors, tesla, electrical centres, lights, D-block blast door)
  • Management, auditing, and reviewing of departments:
    • Appointing directors/chiefs/commanders of the following departments: DEA, Medical, GSD, RSD, E-11, Nu-7. The exemption is ISD, managed by the EC, and AO, managed by SC/EC respectively. In the past, RSD used to be managed by O5, but now it changed.
    • Each department has a monthly site advisor liaison which will review the department's performance.
    • Failing departments will be audited/reviewed, leadership typically being the first to be questioned.
    • I'd also specify that micro-management of departments should not be done (unless both leadership slots are open for way too long). Rather, only the department's leaders should be advised and ordered directly instead.
  • Management of overall site policies - This has to be done together with SC. This does NOT include the FLC, as it is fully managed by the EC.
  • Being the point of contact for departments:
    • This includes remediating interdepartmental conflicts, making sure everyone's policies and protocols are on-par with each other.
    • Instructing, giving advice, and giving notice to departmental leads (DEA/Med/GSD/RSD/E-11/Nu-7).
  • Management of relationships between the Site and the GOIs (GOC and MC&D):
    • Authorising GOC QRF in dire circumstances, or GOC ambassadors for overall relations (such as the surface agreements).
    • Authorising MC&D, allowing them to sell their items to Foundation staff (escort needed).
    • Negotiating (e.g. hostages, SA servers) with CI if DEA can't or the situation is severe enough.
  • Miscellaneous:
    • Tribunals of staff up to CL-4. Whether/what exclusions may exist I'm not sure (though I'm eager to understand), but I have reason to believe it is up to departmental leads (director/chief/commander).
    • Authorising SCP tests that don't require the ethics committee's (or ECAs') attention, such as cross-testing. SCP-008 can also be authorised by SA, however, the EC will have to be notified, nonetheless.
    • Giving friendly directions to subordinates, especially lower clearance staff, as SA are (obviously) expected to be very knowledgeable about site policies and everything else.
    • Authorisation of SCP passive breaches as long as measures are taken (low bodymass and escorts at all times). In the case of 049, escorts with hazmat suits will be required (such as E-11 bio job).
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:

[Refreshment of the GSD Captain lore]
SYNOPSIS: Male human of Soviet origin. Two anomalous specimens have been recovered from the GoI ██████ ██████████ while SOP operatives were raiding one of their bases in ██████████ █████, Siberia. DNA analysis confirmed the man's origins to relate to the area of the Ukrainian SSR. Upon countless investigations, the man has completely refused to elaborate, literally resisting most DEA-approved interrogation techniques. Apart from winter-ready clothing and enemy weaponry, the subject has only been found to have carried a diary which seems to contain a summary of the man's thoughts for the last seven days, in a past-tense, first person format. It has been kept locked under the supervision of ███ ██████████. Due to the anomalous effects the diary seems to have, we have marked both the man and the diary as one entity, awaiting for an SCP designation. Further tests have shown that, given that the man's thoughts can be predicted, they can also be manipulated by writing commands on the diary. Given the man's earlier wish to escape, we have concluded that the GoI may not have discovered the diary's manipulation ability. Dr. ██████ ███ █████████ has suggested that the man gets put to good use, and that General Security may perhaps be a suitable place for him. Training has been provided just by writing instructions in the diary, which, as the research team predicted, has made the subject skilled in combative and leadership roles. Due to the diary's and the subject's anomalous property, the subject has been directly assigned to a Captain slot for Site-65.

[New lore]

ASSIGNMENT REQUEST FOR STANISLAV XAUKSAIN
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN UKRAINIAN SSR
ASSIGN TO JOB SITE ADVISOR
REQUEST AUTHORISED BY DIRECTOR OF SITE-65

PERSONNEL SUMMARY: A human being with semi-unknown origins, Stanislav was once found in a GOI's base located Siberia. Upon multiple analyses and tests, it has been deducted that Stanislav's thoughts are linked to a diary. The diary contains a brief description of Stanislav's thoughts in first-person of the last seven days. Writing on the diary manipulates Stanislav, leasing anomalous outcomes such as giving him knowledge or skills he never possessed. Due to this ability, administration of Site-65 initially decided to put him on a trial as a GenSec Captain, granting him captain skills through the simple use of a pen. Upon a very short trial of several days and outstanding ability, he is now awaiting reassignment to the role of site advisor, helping the administration and the upper command in the running of the Foundation. The diary is currently locked in a safe, only accessible by the director of Site-65.
