What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I have had experience with the Overseer council before. Admittedly, it was quite a while ago when I held my previous position as Assistant, and so there is a good chance that I am not as knowledgeable as I was, and also unlikely that I know any of the current O5 Members well, however I still believe that this experience is vital. Not only that, but it also shows that I am capable of doing my job correctly and properly, and although it has nothing to do with this application I would say that a majority of what I said in that application is still valid today. I don't want to simply copy and paste that application, so if you wish to see it again then you can go back and check that personally to whoever reads this. I would argue, though, that I have improved little by little with my general skills of Roleplay and similar things like professionalism. I also am able to see and understand my own weaknesses, and I'm quite honest about them, as for example I will admit that I haven't played for a while, but even still I decided to apply for this. For ease of access, my previous OSA application can be found at the bottom of the page alongside other applications, both for proof but also for the sake of the "lore" of Andreev.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
The responsibilities of an OSA are rather simple on the surface, they are the Assistants to the Overseer Council, and to those who do not hold the clearance, they are the Assistants to the Site Inspectors.
Of course, though, they do more than just that. In their job of assisting the Council, they generally deal with document creation, minor departmental oversight (although this could be different now), and assisting however they can with the needs of the Council, as well as Site Administration (should they have nothing else to do in the meantime). They also help A-1 as well.
They also have CL4 permissions, such as authorizing AA, ensuring that people follow the Code of Conduct, Ethics, and Legal Codex, and generally being of help to whoever needs it at the time, as long as they're not busy.
Essentially, they are the body double for the Overseers, their eyes and ears, as well as their voice, ensuring that their façade as Site Inspectors stays clean and respected, but also that CL4 personnel also respect the Council.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
When I was an Overseer Assistant in the past, I found the job quite enjoyable, and that was at a time where Assistants didn't really do much of anything and it was much harder to actually describe what you were as the O5 Council was exactly that, they didn't have the Inspector façade they have now. This makes me want to become an OSA again, since it would be essentially a brand new experience, and I enjoy CL4 roles. I want to try and go for Site Advisor again, so going for Assistant once more would help me get my skills un-rusted and allow for me to get a better understanding of how the current server runs, although I doubt it isn't much different internally than it was in the past. Also, I'm a little laggy on the server so non-combative CL4 are what I would prefer to have since I can't really do PVP properly when I'm spiking from 10-30 FPS most of the time. I will admit, I made this application knowing I have a slim chance, but if I wish to get something I can at least try and do it.

Even as I write this report, I am unsure of why he decided to return. He finally had the chance to abandon this life, to no longer give his life in darkness, and yet he returned.
His time outside of the Foundation, before his Father ever decided to allow him to join our ranks, was good. Why would he abandon it? Why would he decide to become a Security Captain, knowing the risk of the job? The countless lives lost to Riots, Breaches, and Raids...He joined Alpha-1, he fought for the very people he once again tries to serve. His troubles recently with the GRU-P, his past, confuse even a person like me...
In all my time researching and dealing with the Unknown and the Anomalous, I have forgotten the complexity of Humans. Maybe he's mad, maybe he's not. He's been pronounced dead at least a few times, and yet still remains with us."

Andreev is a peculiar individual. Persistent, maybe too persistent. He comes back, no matter what, willing to lay down his life in the dark. He's not the most loyal, not the most fanatical, but he has done what is necessary, and seems to plan on coming back once more to do it all over again.
