Why are you applying for Security Captain?
The General Security Department was always my reserve role when I got burnt out of other positions, or I considered a change, but I never put my back into it until now. One day, I just found the whole idea more enjoyable, so I started taking it more seriously and took the initiative in leading. It led me to a Sergeant promotion, and upon the rule of "why not", I'll attempt joining the CL4 of GSD. During this short period of time, I realized the potential for improving the department, and I wish to carry it out.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?
I showed that I can take on leadership tasks, such as leading sweeps, holding trainings and tryouts and carrying out general leadership tasks. I will elaborate on this later. Because of my time in ISD, I pretty much learned all policies and procedures of all departments; hence, I am familiar with how GSD works policy-wise. I also asked for feedback about my performance, and members of the leadership were satisfied with my conduct and performance.
Previously, I was a member of the absolute cinema sub-branch, ET, where I assisted in tryouts and training. I also led sweeps during Code 2's, be it a gunned-up D-class armada or Type-Blue shenanigans. I held a tryout for RCL under supervision and, despite it not being perfect, got positive feedback and learned from it in terms of presentation.
I am currently a member of Security Guardians, where I have done over half a dozen CL4 escorts, and I also got a Golden Heart (it was diabolical) for saving a Site Advisor from CI.

Sándor Mekcsey's lore and potentially storylines he can partake in are written down in my application for ISD inspector. You can read it at the bottom.
Once shipped off to Site-65 as Inspector, Sándor has assisted his department throughout the early winter. Due to unknown circumstances, he has requested his resignation and transfer to the General Security Department, where he delivered enough to be promoted to senior clearance level three. Now he aims higher and fights for a seat in leadership so he can work on achieving perfection, both in upholding order and function.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?
- Oversee D-block's and the Site's general safety
- Coordinating members to points of interest within D-block to prevent D-classes from escaping
- Organizing patrols to uphold order in designated jurisdiction
- Organizing sweeps in case of a code 2
- Delegating eligible members to Code 5 and 1
- Training and Mentoring members of General Security
- Holding tryouts for RCL and HWL
- Holding training sessions to improve discipline and skill
- Giving attention to members with potential to progress through ranks (scouting and holding Sergeant interviews)
- Leading by example, demonstrating methods to carry out basic procedures and lending a hand in case of confusion or inquiry
- Diplomatic duties towards departments
- Representing General Security when it's demanded
- Improving inter-departmental relations
- Defending the rights of subordinates in case of legal dispute
- Ensuring General Security's function to provide resources for tests
