[UK] Remmy's Director of Internal Security Application

He was ECC and O5-1, both of which work extremely closely with ISD leadership, and one of which literally selects ISD Directors, in what way has he not "worked closer with the department"??

I was the Director of the Internal Affairs Department, and as I've discussed in my application, I was one of the people behind the update and transition from IA to ISD.
If you read over the section of my app that discusses why I am applying, I have answered all of these points being brought up.
Edit: Just to add, there's an entire section of this application showcasing that I understand what the issues with the Department are. I've actually stated quite a few times that I'm unhappy with the action I've seen the Commissioner team take.

As much as I would like to see a new face in DoISD other than recycling the same people as Director, It's clear that the current commissioners don't have much in the way of vision or ability to make proactive RP like Remmy has done.
I would love it if we could have a new person in ISD rather than Remmy rejoining it, but I don't think that will end up the best for the department :c

Even though Remmy seems to have an addiction problem within the server, he's still a great option nontheless. I've read quite a lot of comment on this application of people who seem to have a severe lack of knowledge how things work on/within the server. Remmy himself, has responded to these people so I won't comment on their responses.
I can understand however that there are people who have been waiting "in line" for this positon to be open, however I only see one of these people as fit for the role. Time/Tenure ≠ worthy of the position, I'd rather choose experience, even though this may seem unfair.

There are two open slots, so it's entirely possible for it to be Remmy plus one of the Commissioners that have applied.

When you made your leaving post I could guess a few of the reasons as to it, One of which being fatigue.
You've since dropped into what I believe is a duo assistant position (?) and played sparringly over the weeks since, My experience with having you as an ECC to interact with was strained but that's the nature of the role, my experience having you as a -1 was... Not great. But I'm going to take a bit hit and assume a lot of it was settling burnout or some other factors. I personally after reading your reasons to wanting to get back into the role.. I don't think you'll stick around for very long.
To address your application more personally, you are not the first nor the last director candidate to promise "Back to basics" or "realign with X material" and while I can't validate if this time it will work or not, It doesn't add to my confidence for you.
I haven't looked into the other candidates, I don't really care to look into them (Especially since I'm writing this reply on my loa) but if I'm honest, I'd rather see you take on a commissioner role and support potential newer players with your wisdom as a senior CL4, CL5 holder. It's what i hope to plan to do within A1 myself when I'm feeling less strained.

Very solid candidate and overqualified for the role in terms of experience and RP creation.
I'd like to remind certain people that other people being directly under this role does not mean they deserve it or are good enough for it in any way, if they are good enough for it they will be accepted this is an application for a reason.
