Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
- When I first joined the server, I was honestly to afraid to explore other departments. There's always that weird sense of shyness when you're new to something. Someone took a shot in the dark and included me in their RP and made me their intern within SA as a D-Class and it was the first time I had proper fun on the server. Those first couple months were what got me hooked on here. And I have SA to thank for that. At the time, after being an intern for a while, I asked the SA who gave me my internship if he thought I had what it took to join SA. Without any hesitation he told me no. He told me that being an intern for SA is the best first step, but that joining SA would take more experience. So that's what I set out to do. My time on the server has been culminating to this eventual point where I finally know I am ready for SA.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
- As a member of the Medical Leadership Team, I have helped implement and oversee new medical policies and reworked how we train Combat Medics. I have assisted in surgeries where I felt I was not suitable but pulled through anyway. I have tried my best to lead by example and train new upcoming consultants and CMSs to be the best versions of themselves. I would argue that statistically, Medical interacts with the most departments on a regular basis, followed closely by SA and ISD. I have studied site policies and departmental policies to learn what exactly works and what doesn't work, and within SA I will have the ability to help make those changes. I have met so many people in Site-65 that I am confident I can help in so many more ways as a member of SA.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Liaising with departments:
SA is responsible for finding out what it is each department needs and how they can help accomplish their departmental goals. To assist with this, SA have a liaison assigned to departments each month on a rotating basis to assist them in various ways. These can be as small as helping set up meetings between departments, or as big as approving large scale operations/projects aimed at achieving a single goal. They must be approachable and dependable in how they conduct themselves so that they can more better serve the departments they work with.

- Liaising with GOIs:
SA also holds a responsibility to try and help keep our relations with certain GOIs in the green. This can sometimes take the form of mediating meetings between the likes of SOP and GOC, or speaking directly with GOC to see what can be done to help make our relations with them better.

- Creating and maintaining policies:
A big responsibility for a member of SA is to come up with and update site policy so that it keeps with the times and flow of departments. A policy enacted 6 months ago may no longer be relevant or viable today, so it's important to make sure that it's updated and changed accordingly. Policies may even sometimes get in the way of a department progressing or implementing their own new change. SA need to regularly review and update policies to avoid stagnation.

- Appointing Departmental Leads:
While SA does try to do a good job of working with every department, they of course cannot lead every department. Instead, they have the important role of appointing someone within a department to directorial positions, such as the Director of Research and Director of Medicine for example.

- Approving tests and signing documents:
Sometimes, a researcher may have a brilliant idea for a cross test and simply can't get a hold of an Exec within their department. In these circumstances, it is an SA's duty to fulfil that role and assess the merits of those tests to approve or deny them. Other times, some things may just need a signature as a formality, and having a member of SA sign off can assist with giving a document or new internal policy some weight behind it.

- Managing resources:
Some departments need guidance on how best to utilise the resources they have, or may even need to request new ones. That's where SA comes in to assess the good and bad of the situation and help decide where to deploy resources. They even of course help guide responses to breaches and manage them in a way that can help ensure a breach is not a catastrophe.

- The middle men of Ethics and Site Inspectorate:
Being blunt, Ethics and SI have done a pretty terrible job lately at covering up the fact they secretly hate each other in my eyes. I see Site Admin as a good middle man group to help balance things between the two. They can be approached by either to help settle disputes on either side, or assist with compromising and deescalating a situation to avoid potential needless bloodshed and site wide amnestication.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
- Phoenix 'Phee-Phee' Yakedo was born and raised in Ireland. He spent his childhood being fascinated by the idea that the world somehow had a mass food shortage. It didn't make sense to him because there were so many people just there, perfect meat left to spoil and waste because of a social faux pas. As he grew up, he began to explore this urge and it drove him down the dark path of cannibalism. After several years and over 50 deaths, Phee-Phee was finally caught and sentenced to death. While he was awaiting his death, a curious man in a suit came to him and offered him a chance at freedom... The next thing Phee-Phee remembered was waking up in a D-Block detention facility. He initially fought back against this new life, but after meeting and befriending a member of Site Administration, he finally began to see a better way. Phee-Phee worked most of his agreed contract as a D-Class by working for Site Administration as an Intern. He would go around and ask various departments what they needed from SA, what sort of policies they had come across that needed changed or improved and so on. He even finally sought help to rehabilitate him of his cannibalistic tendencies. After many months of counselling and training, Phee-Phee was finally stripped of his D-Class designation, and welcomed as a member and employee of the SCP Foundation. His first assignment was not going to be easy. He was given the task of trying to assist one of the most dangerous Sites the foundation had ever created.... The recently opened, Site-65...

Phee-Phee was who I was when I first joined the server. I have so many people to thank for encouraging me to stay and join RP situations, and for me this application is hopefully a full circle moment where I return to the place that inspired me and convinced me to stay on this server. As always, I don't have any direct storylines in mind for Phee-Phee. I will continue to stick my nose where it never belongs just to see what happens. If people who met Phee-Phee as a D-Class Pre-info reset are onboard, I would like him to have his established rapport with some of those people intact, and maybe have the details fudged just a touch to say they met on another site.

Hello! When I took you under my wing as an intern you were one of the best I have seen. And during that time I did say it was not enough experience and that you should join a department fully and you did exactly that. You managed to get consultant and then even Inspector. A great step forward. However, being in SA is a major step in you server career and you do need to be good at leadership, teamwork and problem solving. Which I believe you have mastered as a Consultant and Inspector. Good luck!

You know when you were an intern in SA you probably provided me with the most enjoyable RP more then anyone else, you didn't care about losing, you didn't care about the people you were with you just created honest and fun RP. Additionally you are also a really positive person, whenever I'm on my ISD or another character you are creating RP for everyone not just restricting RP to CL4 or people you know, you got people involved which is why you would be great for this position.

I wish you great luck in your new endeavours Phee Phee!

- Alright app, shows they know the roles and responsibilities a Site Advisor takes on.
- Based on the above support, seems to be good at RP.

- Could expand more on what makes them suitable for the role.
- Lore could do with a bit of improvement, but its alright.
- No VTime provided.

- N/A

This person seems like a viable candidate for the role and could do well. Just a note from me to you Phee-Phee, the jump from a JR. CL4 such as consultant and Inspector is a big one. I had SR. CL4 experience prior to being a member of SA and I still found it a little difficult to adapt to but I found my footing. You could also find your footing but the jump could make it hard, don't go into the role thinking it will be easy straight away. Best of luck!

+Support. overall a goat in rp. prior consultant. had a bunch of larp together in our early stages as we roughly started on the server at the same time and seen each other develop. talking about his shyness in rp it seems to mostly have worn off

D-Class med workers forever 🔥

I absolutely KNEW someone would ask about Vtime so I actually do have it ready lol. And I appreciate the kind words of advice about the leap from Jr CL4 to Sr, I will keep them in mind 🙏

Prior?! PRIOR?!?! IT WAS A TEMPORARY SUSPENSION I AM STILL A CONSULTANT :ROFLMAO:

If you were to get SA, what are the things you'd do in the position or overall ideas you have that you could implement?
Thank you for asking! At the moment, my biggest concern from what I have seen around site lately is the Us vs Them stuff that's been brewing between anomalous staff and E-11 and some other departments. ANOREP was a great idea in concept, but the policies surrounding it aren't nearly clear or robust enough to actually make it work. My initial focus would be working with the DoR and the rest of SA to redo these policies to quell and put down this issue. For example, anomalous staff come to Site-65 already employed by the foundation. There's no logical reason why their containment or abilities should be brought into question because that's already established by their employment. ANOREP is, in my eyes, simply supposed to be a guide for RSD and anomalous staff to have an ic record of what they can do. Instead, E-11 in particular has used and abused this to form which hunts where they roam the site and speak ill of any staff member they think even looks anomalous.

Beyond fixing that, my main focus is going to be site policies. I want to get an idea of what is working for every department, and what's holding them back so that we can make the necessary changes they need to further enhance their experiences and their work.
