What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I have experience of some form in almost all groups within the server, and throughout these various roles I have consistently shown that I am capable of roleplaying distinct and unique characters in a way that brings entertainment to those that I am playing with. Alongside this, I have a fairly extensive (And sometimes even successful!) history with the Tribunal system, having been on both the prosecution and defense side of various tribunals. I have been an assistant before, albeit for the O5's side of the pond, but prior experience in O1 tells me that the Ethics side of things is just as fun if a little different in the methodology in use.
Overall, I can do the RP, and I think that is the main part that counts in this role.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
The responsibility of an ECA in my opinion is to provide the eyes, ears, and occasionally voice of the wider Ethics Committee upon any matter that warrants their attention. This, in many situations, will include weighing in on legal or moral matters at the behest of the wider foundation. To an extent, ECA's also fulfill the general duties of CL4 personnel, meaning the opening/closing of blast doors, management of site situations, and guidance to other personnel.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Details within this section shall be sparse on purpose, as I have plans that I intend to keep away from prying OOC eyes.
The character that I intend to play shall be Kevin Dalston, an M.T.F. Lt. with a past in biological warfare and it's applications. Kevin has been on Site-65 before; Namely in the SCP-008x682 CT that took place last week, and during that process he was grievously injured by SCP-682. As such, he is in the process of being discharged from the Foundation on medical grounds; A process that he aims to avoid by appealing to the Ethics Committee for a position within their team.
As for storylines; I am aiming for a tad more of a 'You can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs' approach to the law and the moral basis of the foundation, as would befit an Ex-task force operative used to fieldwork. Storylines that I currently have planned will be related to this.
