Do you have a mic (optional):

Yes!

List all the names of the characters that you use (Foundation, Civillian, e.t.c.):
Marley 'Anchor' Scott - ISD Inspector
Lewis Penn - GSD Officer
Clancy Parker - Class-D
Dmitri Sokolov - Civilian

Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications:
This is my second. (had to dig a little for this one, apologies for this previously saying otherwise)

Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why (type /warnings in-game):
I have 3 warnings, all from December 2021, all of which being NRP.

How many hours can you be on everyday:
2-8, as long as I have nothing to do in that same day.

Do you have any previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community:
I do, yes. I've been a variety of roles in different communities which all happen to range from TGM all the way up to HGM.

Do you have any advanced skills that would benefit the GM team, such as PAC-3, dupes building, art creation and others? If yes, give us your best example of putting that skill into practice:
I unfortunately do not have a whole lot of experience with PAC3. I primarily rely on both dupes & proper atmosphere to truly encapsulate exactly what it is I want to convey to the players during events. I am beyond willing to thoroughly learn how to use PAC3 if entirely necessary, however!

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Foundation Department/MTF:
"Electrical Hazard" - E&TS

While E-11 are patrolling Heavy Containment, a variety of electrical hazards would spontaneously pop up; most likely due to overuse of the Site's Power Grid. These hazards would range from flickering lights, lights being entirely out, to wires laying openly on inconveniently placed water puddles. It'd be up to E-11 to call E&TS who would assess and take care of each individual hazard before anyone gets critically hurt.

// Nothing too fancy, the occasional sparking light that'd allow E&TS to repair it, Janitorial & E&TS working together on electrical and water hazards to ensure they don't get electrocuted, and the reenabling of lights that no longer work.

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Non-Foundation Group:
"The Grub" - Civilian

One day, a Caravan would pull up to Pinewood, offering a variety of exceptionally delicious & filling food & drink. The owner of this Caravan is a lad named John. Civilians would have the ability to both talk with John, buy his fairly cheap food & uncover portions of his backstory as to who exactly he is and how he ended up in Pinewood, before he'd hop back into his Caravan, driving off into the abyss - leaving memories, and perhaps even a few unanswered questions behind.

// To properly do this event, I'd create a variety of food objects with GMObjectives, all of which being fully interactable. I'd see if I can go about making these restore a decent portion of hunger. I think this would give everyone a viable reason to interact with John outside of him just being there with his caravan, hopefully encouraging more RP.

Please list one Event idea for the United Nations Global Occult Coalition:
"The Grand Opening" - GOC

An art exhibition would open up in Pinewood, a group of overly eccentric artists having just arrived. They waste no time, drawing on their canvases, at the soon-to-be-open Art Exhibition being constructed. Once they open, however - the art isn't as seems. Each piece has some form of variation of the words "Are We Cool Yet?" - all of which providing some form of negative affect to the onlooker. Some may be fatal, some may induce permanent irreversible trauma. It is up to the GOC to immediately crack down on this blatant danger to the populous. It would be entirely up to the GOC to deduct exactly what they'd do with the group of artists after fully destroying both the exhibition and/or locking away the art pieces for further study.

// The three artists would be played by other GMs. This would without a doubt require a dupe. I believe I'd construct the outside of the exhibition on surface, at which point it'd teleport to an out-of-bounds area where the "inside" of the exhibition would be located. Each art piece would not immediately give the affects until properly looked at closely. I'd create a variety of GMObjectives of art pieces - all of which giving some form of monologue as to what happened to you if not immediately fatal - at which point it'd be up to the Civilians to then roleplay the negative affects, alongside to hopefully seek possible medical attention. As for the GOC, once they inevitably destroy the place I'd fully be involved in it, being there to fully enhance whatever it is they decide to do (light the place on fire, individually destroy each piece of artwork, so on.)

Please list one Event idea for the Chaos Insurgency:
"Dirty Business" - CI

A car would slowly come to a screeching halt, as a man steps out, wearing sunglasses and an overly fancy suit. He stares onward at the out-of-date, fully abandoned warehouse in front of him, letting a smile slip.

"Good enough."

This gentleman would then enter the building, setting up what would appear to be a public auction. The Chaos Insurgency, alongside a few other parties, would receive invitations, all gathering to see exactly what this man has planned.

Once everyone is settled, he'd welcome them in and begin the auction. There would be quite a few initially mundane-looking items up for bid, though each would possess its own distinct anomalous effect, mostly beneficial to whoever uses them. For example, a watch that, when wound backwards, would reduce the user's age by exactly half a year, or a camera that, when used to photograph an area, would show exactly what that area will look like five minutes into the future.

Ultimately, the event would be entirely open-ended for the Chaos Insurgency. They'd have a clear advantage over the other parties present through sheer numbers and could manipulate or coerce others into not bidding, steal the items, simply purchase them, or even attempt to take control of the auction and turn it entirely to their own advantage. Different approaches would naturally lead to different outcomes.

// The initial leader of the auction, alongside a few other attendees, will be played by myself and other GMs as Event Characters. They'll primarily be there to interact with the Chaos Insurgency, encourage meaningful roleplay, and compete against one another during the bidding. The event is ultimately left in the hands of CI, with their decisions determining how it progresses. All anomalous items will also be made as GMObjectives for the event. CI would then be able to research into the specifics of said items should they wish to do so.

Please list one Event idea for the SCP Foundation:
"The Blackout" - Foundation

An unidentified anomaly would be delivered to Site-65 inside a fairly tall reinforced metal container, pending designation. Foundation personnel would begin preparing temporary containment when the container is suddenly discovered completely open, despite nobody having witnessed it being opened. The anomaly itself is nowhere to be found, prompting E-11 to immediately begin searching the site... Very little is known about what has escaped, as the anomaly has yet to receive a designation or undergo proper examination. Shortly afterwards, the site's lights begin flickering before shutting off entirely, plunging Site-65 into near-total darkness for approximately 10–25 minutes. During the blackout, Site personnel begin reporting a pair of bright white eyes moving through the darkness. The eyes remain at a distance, quickly disappearing whenever anyone attempts to approach them.

Eventually, E-11 would manage to corner the anomaly, revealing it to be a tall, unnaturally thin humanoid covered almost entirely in darkness. It would become aggressive when personnel attempt to capture it, forcing E-11 to subdue it rather than simply approach and restrain it. Should E-11 successfully contain the anomaly, Research would be given the opportunity to examine it and determine exactly what they are dealing with. Should they fail to capture it by the time power is restored, the anomaly would remain somewhere within Site-65, continuing to stalk personnel when the lights are out until it is eventually captured.

// The anomaly would be created using PAC3, with the original container being a carryable prop and an opened version being placed after its escape. The eyes should be relatively simple to implement, while the humanoid itself would require finding and modifying a suitable playermodel. The anomaly would be resistant to conventional gunfire but could be briefly stunned by concentrated fire, allowing personnel an opportunity to restrain it.

Please list a Major Event or Map Change idea (Involving all sides and the entire server):
"The Reinvigorated" - Major Event, no map change.

Initially, Pinewood's general area was forecasted to be slightly sunny, for once. Yay! Sadly, this isn't the case. Storm clouds begin forming above Pinewood, with an odd blue tint to them. Shortly afterwards, it begins to rain.

The rain causes a strange stinging sensation when it touches someone. Those exposed will eventually collapse, before their flesh rapidly decays. After a few moments, they'll begin getting back up as one of the "reinvigorated". Nobody really knows why they seem so determined to spread.

On their own, the invigorated aren't particularly threatening and are fairly easy to deal with. The problem comes when they begin grouping together. The more of them there are in one place, the more intelligent they become. A handful might wander around, clumsily bumping into walls & overall seeming moderately confused and without much purpose. Whereas a large enough group can begin coordinating with one another and actively searching for people. Civilians hiding indoors may initially think they're safe, but once enough of "the invigorated" gather nearby, they'll begin figuring out ways inside, checking entrances, breaking through weaker points, and generally working together to force people back outside and into the rain.

It wouldn't take long for the Foundation, CI, and GOC to realise that something is seriously wrong. From their perspective, there's a group of skeletons roaming around the surface, an unnatural storm hanging over Pinewood, and every person caught outside only makes the situation progressively worse. Clearly some form of emergency is going on, and as such they're going to have to hold on for dear life. Who knows if they'll make it out of this, though for now all they can clearly do is survive.

Eventually, though - should they have all individually managed to hold out - the clouds will finally dissipate, and the reinvigorated will no longer be capable of dragging people out into the rain. While they still very much do pose a threat in terms of lashing out at people, attempting to kill - the threat of assimilation is gone, and as such all remaining factions can at last descend upon the remaining invigorated.

// I'll be needing the help of a looot of other GMs for this large-scale event, have them watch over groups of the reinvigorated. Once someone is killed via rain, there'll be text encouraging them to find other members of the reinvigorated for more efficiency. When they band together, I'd see if I could go about giving them temporary buffs & the ability to break through doors (while having to roll above 70 with a 5 minute cooldown in regards to blast doors.) Their only goal is to assimilate everyone. Both Factions should aim to ensure if they're going to attempt a push that the reinvigorated aren't grouped up, as otherwise it'd practically be suicide. Until the storm clears, they should aim to pick off ones that are seemingly alone.

What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible.
Forgive me, I'm not exactly up to date on the "typical answers", though a few things do come to mind! I feel as if what'd make an event less enjoyable is if you always force an outcome. Players deserve the ability to be at the forefront of the event and their actions should influence it in some capacity. Secondly, events that prevent a good portion of the playerbase from participating, while sometimes plausible, isn't a great thing to do. You're forcing people to miss out on something they could otherwise participate and RP in, which sorta sucks.

And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster?
I simply wish to be present when necessary. As a Gamemaster, I truly do believe I could have a great deal more capabilities in providing a fairly smooth & decent RP experience for all, alongside thoroughly planned events that get a majority of the playerbase engaged.
