Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I believe I have the necessary skills and I would like to continue my career in the Internal Security Department as an Inspector, mainly because I want to continue enforcing the Foundation Legal Codex on a wider scale as well be a part of ISD leadership and help with Inducting new Agents as well as helping them in day-to-day operations. I have a strong resolve and desire to enforce the FLC to the best of my capabilites.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I have worked on many cases in my time as an Agent and Investigator and as I like to say: Justice comes to everyone, eventually.. No matter if it's a Janitor or a MTF Commander I have made sure that everyone faces their crimes, no matter their Clearance level or Job. I have contributed greatly to Investigations and Operations. Additionally, I punish people fairly and rarely give maximum time and often offer different solutions such as Community service or a PT by their higher-ups.

I believe that I have the necesarry skill to be a part of leadership, I am fair and neutral in all conflicts and have dealt with many cases in previous positions similar to this one. I am also quite active and present during many hours trough-out the day. But most importantly I will be able to represent the Internal Security Department in a good light and help out any ISD or other personnel with whatever they need.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Jack grew up in a small village in Slovakia. He has a baby brother and older brother. As a child he always wanted to be a lawyer, however due to the financial situation of his family they couldn't afford to send him to a law school. So he enrolled in a Police Academy since he believed it's the next best thing. He only barely graduated and became a Police Officer. He served and saved some money and then took a big loan from the Bank to hopefully be able to pay for the University fees. He enrolled in a law School and successfully completed his first two years. But he was in great debt and had to work as a Police Officer while studying which greatly weighed on his performance in both duties . One day he got a strange job offer, but it paid incredibly well. He accepted and was taken to Site-65. After an assesment he was deployed as a Foudnation Security Cadet and amnesticated. Jack did his job and eventually recieved the rank of Officer, he had the option to stay in the Security Department but chose to try-out for the Internal Security Department. After he passed the initial Induction Jack was now officially a ISD Agent. He worked until he eventually reached rank of Investigator. As an Investigator Jack ensured that everyone follows the FLC and participated in various operations and after two weeks he felt ready to attempt to become an Inspector. - An Inspector should be just, understanding and should act in a manner to represent the Internal Security Department. Inspectors shouldn’t minge or purposefully hurt relations with other Departments, rather act as a tool to improve those relations in case they have been hurt.
- An Inspector should be knowledgeable in the FLC and be a guidance to all personnel on site and assist them if they have any inquiries about the FLC but mainly be a guidance to Agents and Investigators and be there if they have any issues.
- Lastly, an Inspector should be neutral in disputes especially regarding Internal issues.
- A good Document should exceed in both content and looks. A high quality document should look good visually and have named pages as well as an Index and images if necessary. And personally I have only written Arrest Reports so far for ISD, which were not of the best quality however I did make a few files for GSD and RSD which were not bad in my opinion. To be honest I have been more present on ground and less focused on documents, which I need to improve a bit.

- Assigning Duties to CL3 ISD.
