Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?:
- I have spent a lot of time around ISD lately and have been quite a bit more active on my ISD character. I have enjoyed the roleplay opportunities that come with being a member of ISD and I wish to take my experience to the next level.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
- With the time I have spent recently, I have become extremely well versed in the FLC and how it works. I have learned how to spot almost any charge at a glance, and I am always very eager to ensure that site staff are upholding the FLC. I have also learned more about the inner workings of ISD and how things like training agents and operatives work, and am confident that this is something I could help with. I also know much more about the tribunal system now as I am a licensed lawyer on my Consultant character.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
- To me, the ideal ISD Inspector is someone who you can rely on. Someone who is there and is always willing to talk to people no matter the issue. They handle the small and large issues. They are someone who you can trust and depend on to uphold the FLC and the internal rules within ISD. They are a leader and a teacher. They don't avoid doing their job for fear of overstepping, and they know what to crack down on and what to encourage for RP. They are active, they do their job, and they do it well.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
- Most of my contributions have been medical related, I rewrote some of the Medical Empowerment Act, which has a lot of overlap with ISD as it involves their assistance heavily. I have also written the Surgery Liability Waiver and the Access Request form for medical. These documents allow medical to be absolved if anything goes wrong during a surgery, and requires staff wishing to access a patients documents to have prior approval from the medical leadership team respectively. I am also in the process of rewriting the entire Combat Medic Tryout for medical, which will include a more detailed tryout process and information test. For ISD, the most major document I have written is "Bob's Promise" which is a document stating Bob 'Irishpotato' will never be arrested for breaking the FLC again, or he will be sent off site and fired from the SCP Foundation. This document was signed by the ECC, SA, ISD CL4 and Bob himself.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
- The responsibilities of an Internal Security Inspector are simply the same introductory CL4 kind of stuff that most departments share. They are the first point of call in the CoC when an investigator or Operative/Agent has messed up or needs assistance. They handle most of the complaints regarding CL3 ISD members and know when to raise them higher in the CoC if it is called for. They also help create, lead, and manage sub divisions within ISD such as TRU and OILA. Some of the orders ISD have externally are also managed and organised by ISD Inspectors. Their duties also include the training of new operatives and Agents to ensure they understand what it takes to uphold the FLC and ensure they are using their equipment properly and not breaking the FLC themselves.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
- As mentioned before, I have been spending a lot of time around ISD lately, and I believe I have what it takes to become a Jr CL4 member of the department. My experience as a Consultant and Combat Medic Specialist has already prepared me for a leadership position and I have done my best to try and learn what I can as an Investigator to get a good idea of what is expected of an ISD Inspector. I believe with my knowledge I can help other inspectors when it comes to making hard decisions, and believe I am more than capable of taking on the responsibilities associated with this role.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
- Gavin Fields joined the Internal Security Department not long after Site-65 opened. He had wild dreams of becoming a detective and solving the craziest of cases. Unfortunately, in his early days he learned that a lot of the job was paperwork and arresting CL1&2 staff for minor infractions. Still, he did his best to not let this deter him. He became an Investigator and continued to push back against corruption and violations of the FLC from every department. A fierce sense of justice grew within Gavin, and it finally burst when he witnessed corruption happening from the very root of those who create and enforce the FLC. Tired of watching this corruption, Gavin has decided it is time to stop it. He wishes to advance within ISD so that he will be in a better position to deal with the corruption. Gavin has learned that in this line of work, the only person you can trust to get the job done is yourself....

Storyline wise, I don't have any plans for anything drastic at the moment, and as with all my RP I kinda just throw myself into whatever is happening. That said, I have witnessed some really shitty behaviour and double standards from ISD and Ethics lately, and tbh it's just killing joy for me. I was 50/50 on just dropping ISD entirely and not engaging with these people when I had a thought; I have the experience to stop this. I have the knowledge to stop this. What I don't have is the authority. As an ISD Inspector, I plan to be far more tough on those of higher rank who flagrantly break the FLC, and I plan on rooting out all corruption I find within the ISD. This will be Gavin's driving force and goal behind most of his RP.
