Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?: I really feel like i can help make a differences and help improve ISDs repuation and fellow ISD agents/Operatives conduct and help make ISD the best version of itself
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?: I can bring understanding and patience to help train new ISD agents aswell as having a calm and clear demenor helping with situations such as arrests/detainments or even just misunderstandings between other personel on site
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?: Someone that can lead and help fellow ISD agents and operatives give them assistance and help them grow and expand their knowledge of FLC aswell as ISD Procedures whilst being able to deal with issues with either Fellow ISD or other site personal with a calm and understanding demeanour and ensuring they are able to conduct any situations without causing arguements or issues with other departments aswell as helping to improve our reputation with other departments by either meeting with the higher ups in said department to disscuss or by instructing isd how to act and etc
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?: Unfortunately i have not had the chance as of current to make any such documents
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?: Their responsibilities are to ensure that ISD are acting Proper and professional while conducting their duties aswell as doing line ups and setting out jobs for fellow ISD members such as setting up checkpoints or sending ISD out on patrol to ensure the site is safe from people breaching flc aswell as ensuring that all arrests are conducted properly and advicing ISD members how to improve giving them tips on what to do and what not to during arrests and ensuring that the arrest follows all protocols and ensuring that they dont breach Ethics guidelines aswell they also must ensure to take on reports on ISD agent's Conduct in the case the agent was acting disorderly or any other breach of ISD protocols
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security: I believe i can assist to bring on a new era of ISD to help improve apon our image and ensure that fellow ISD are maining good relationships with fellow department members aswell as being able to deal with indivials which are tarnishing the ISD name and reputation but also helping to assist new and current members which their duties and help them improve to the best versions of them selves

Eric Godman is a former member of the Irish Armed Forces (Óglaigh na hÉireann)
Eric was deployed to lebanon as a part of a UN peace keeping force with the roll to attempt to return normality to the area but after a attack by unknown forces was forced to be Honorably discharged due to injury, After returning to civilan life after being cleared by Doctors Godman became bored of normal 9-5 work and wished to return to a job which he was important and felt needed which lead him on the path to join the SCP foundation and was stationed at Site-56 as a member of the Internal Security Department but due to overstaffing at the site he was transfared to Site-65 to the role of ISD agent, Godman shows pride in his uniform and Professonialism shows it
