I've only ever seen you minge around on officer and other jobs, I do not think you would suit a GSD captain just yet. If you can improve on your behavior, then I believe you would have a good chance.

While you can be a decent SGT, I have seen you be incredibly mingey, if you were to reign yourself in and be able to maintain a good composure while a SGT you'd get more support

Minges on other roles instead of RPing properly, I havent personally had any positive interaction with you. Hopefully you will be able to rectify your behaviour, but until that point, I will unfortunately have to - Support this application, I do not believe you are ready for it.

To further add to my -support, you were told until your behaviour improves you will not be going anywhere near Combat Medic due to the fact the whitelist was created to wean out minges. Instead of waiting and improving your behaviour, you decided to walk up to someone who could train you and say 'Fuck what Zoey said, I'm getting my training' wait for what you thought was me to flag off, change your name and use a false SteamID to trick another member of MLT into giving you your training, to which you then just minged around and got arrested on within a matter of minutes anyway.

I actually like Bob, I think he can eventually make a good captain. I recognize its just a game and you are likely just running around having fun. This server is built to be a bit more serious in tone, and you need to reflect that before moving into a CL4 position. Unfortunately, the thing you did recently in medical reflects negaively on your trustworthyness.
