You're not giving any sort of feedback mate, let's not just say "who are you" or attempting to say that because you it's a bad thing. Not knowing someone isn't bad.I’m going to be straight, who are you. I have no actual idea of who you are or what you have actually done within ethics, which isn’t a good start for someone who is applying for ECM as an ECM is a highly trusted and well respected member of our community.
I didn’t mean that offensively, I physically meant like who are they IC, as to my recollection I have never met them at all. Fair enough for the second point, was rather meant as a general statement that an ECM should be a well known figure. You're not giving any sort of feedback mate, let's not just say "who are you" or attempting to say that because you it's a bad thing. Not knowing someone isn't bad.
Your application could do with a bit more information, and for in game you should try spreading your roleplay more often, I'm sure if you do that you'll have no bother with getting ECM![]()
My character name is Astralria Moonstone. I originally went by Asteria Silver, but some time ago I decided to go for a name change as Asteria Silver was also my name on the US server.Well with that in mind, could you name your main character name for your ECA character? As I honestly don’t know if I have interacted with you ever.
My hope is to start working on small programs, and various things for everyone to do. For example, "Most Ethical personnel of the month". For each department, I want to look into what they have been hoping to get done. I know that there is usually a delay when it comes to getting a lot of things approved, and my hopes is to be able to alleviate the time restraint and push out change a bit faster, but still having it reviewed and gone through the proper process first. Every week, I'm going to be going around and asking various people of various ranks in each department how they feel their leadership has been doing, and making notes to see what the issues could be. The personnel will be randomized as to ensure that the pool is well balanced and to help morale around the site. As for the Assistants, I'm going to be making sure that they get orders that are both fun and engaging where possible. So when an order comes out that is rather boring, they might be more motivated to get it done. Communication with Foundation Command will also be essential to making sure operations run smoothly and I will be talking with Site Administration on a more frequent basis. I'm also going to be working more closely with Omega-1 and seeing what we can do to help increase the numbers we have on site more frequently. It's a lot, but my hope is that I can work over time and get this stuff completed.I have a question for you, Do you have any plans for if you were to become an ECM? Whether that’s for O-1, ISD, or ECAs.
I'm taking your feedback to heart, as I have nothing but respect for you. As such, I rescind my applications for now.Too much of a jump for you at the moment and you have no recent leadership experience. CL5 is the player end of leading the server's roleplay and I have no confidence at this moment in time you'd provide any of that.
You also don't know how The Ethics Committee works, or at the very least displayed any knowledge of it. This is imperative as The Committee is cold and calculated for the betterment of the Foundation's mission statement. I'd highly recommend reading the following:

I won't leave any Support, but at the moment I highly doubt you'll get the position with the current experience and knowledge you possess. I do wish you luck regardless!
