- Fear rp - it was in january this year. CI kidnapped me second time in row, while it was evening, I was quite tired, therefore I tried slightly delaying the kidnapping. I was about to log off seconds before the kidnapping.
What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:

- I am active, practically everyday on the server for hours. I gathered the required experience by being CL4 personnel. I spent my time finding out how the world works behind the,,Closed doors", as I took a break from the server to avoid burnout. Came back with new goals. I also spent my time helping out Floor 3 with delivering information that could be interesting for them. While in ISD, I am part of the Liason unit, which improves relations between departments, this also gave me experience. I am rather problem solver than a combative. I am calm, practically unable to be angry, and always happy to help anyone who asks for advice or any kind of help, even if the situation is beyond my knowledge, and I am unable to help, I try to improve or learn about such things to know for future situations.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Being eyes and ears for the Overseers along the A-1
- Making sure that 05 directives are being completed by foundation personnel
- Approving documents on behalf of 05
- Observe how the foundation work, and write documents regarding it.
- Being representative of Floor 3
- Providing authorisations such as AA or sweep in case nobody else can.
- Being present in situations which could potentially be dangerous for the Overseers

Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
- While being the CL4 personnel, I like helping people out with their daily problems or inquiries regarding their department, but being combative isn't my favourite element of the job. I like being a person to advise, to solve their issues as much as I possibly can. It feels nice to help out others, at least for me, I can spend countless hours advising and still come back the next day. I have a diplomatic state of mind, this, of course, is base for my way of thinking, trying to find a solution for any type of issue if any arises.

Description: Yoshihare was born into a family that stands on honor and loyalty. It was bound almost to him, as it was the most important element of life. His family was teaching him the history of his own family, which is said to be important due to who he is. His first name isn't ordinary, but it carries the family, or rather, clan name, Ashikaga. Clan which ones ruled Japan, now, obscure? It didn't stop Yoshihare from raising, it probably helped him quite a lot due to history. The Imperial court of Japan was having close eye on Yoshihare, because of two things. First, the clan itself, once ruling the shogunate. Second, the name. The name Yoshihare was similar to how the shoguns were named. After reaching age 21, He was officially appointed by the Imperial court as Advisor to public relations in Kyoto. It wasn't long before his duties expanded into anti corruption division. Now, we have quite a situation, as information for next years, aren't available, they could have moved into a more secure location, unable to find out. But after 4 years in the service of the Imperial court, Yoshihare went to the USA. We didn't know what’s the real reason to change places, despite having a high position. In the USA, he joined the Administrative Internal Affairs Division. In the files, it says he created the first instance of said division, later on person named Nathaniel T. joined the division as Deputy General Inspector. We had an eye on Yoshihare for a while, and his skills in anti-corruption and diplomatic state of mind could profit one of our sites. We invited him, and he accepted the call. As for this day 2 years, he continues serving the foundation, as loyalty is his own rule.

From what I have seen from your time in ISD I don't believe you have the right attitude or values for such a position. You have shown yourself to leverage your rank to belittle those lower clearance than you, you don't value others time or experience and actively work to ensure that you come ontop of any interaction and a blatant refusal to do any RP within your role other than asking for bodycam and trying to end everything as quickly an effortlessly as possible.

My experience with you has only been met with arguments, threats, unprofessionalism and an awful demeanor.

EDIT: Missread and fixed the response. Thanks for pointing that out Broda. I also believe that OOC values do reflect heavily on someone if they are applying for a position that people should be able to rely on to be helpful and professional.

Now for @Ashikaga I'm going to have to give a -Support here myself. When you are on the server all you tend to do is just sit in ISD Reception and wait for RP to come to you or just AFK there. I feel you need to work on creating RP scenarios as a CL4 player rather than sit back waiting for stuff to happen.

Now for @Ashikaga I'm going to have to give a -Support here myself. When you are on the server all you tend to do is just sit in ISD Reception and wait for RP to come to you or just AFK there. I feel you need to work on creating RP scenarios as a CL4 player rather than sit back waiting for stuff to happen.

I will addres this also. Regarding bodycam as only evidence. I take statements from witnesses, I don't know your In game therefore, I am unable to specify any interactions with you. Perhaps you are mismatching person? I am doing same tasks, not only giving out orders to lower ranks of ISD, that wouldn't be my style. ISD policy stands that we should seek other evidence in case of missing bodycam, which I do. your description of me, feels new to me. I value the time of others that interact with me, but if someone actively insults me, for just being the ISD, that's nothing I can do about. I trying to improve relations between ISD and certain departments. Could you specify when I refused to do any RP?

I was in the progress of making another operation regarding Nu-7, as Thybo gave me bodycam of Nu-7 wrongdoings. However, said operation was added to already exisiting one, it was also help with Inspector Sandor, which conducted document as summary of the operation. I also encourage to be active with project UNIT, as ISD is part of it, I do have plans regarding it, such as tasks written on said project. Next would be actual unit that I am part of, Liason for departments. Every month or so, I paid visit to each department to find out how they see the ISD and what can be improved. besides that, standard issues duties, which are inductions. I am trying to be active, and I don't ,,AFK" in the lobby, whenever I see something that I could potentialy be involved with, I am looking into it. Whenever ISD member have issue or new idea, I am involved to seek it. I am trying to keep my ,,being in the lobby" quite to minimum, which I apologize if this interaction is the only you witnessed.
