What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I believe I am a good candidate for the position of overseer assistant for a variety of reasons such as my experience and versatility that comes with that experience. Throughout my time on Civil networks I have held a various amount of positions as shown above, I am also actively seeking out new roles to play in order to gain experience and insight into areas of the server that I have yet had the opportunity to play a part in, during my time going from job to job I have gained a lot of knowledge on the server from numerous jobs allowing me a vast amount of versatility. To elaborate further my time in E-11 has given me a vast amount of knowledge of fighting SCPs and developing strategies for countering them, my time in O-1 has given me insight into working with ethics and acting as a private military who are multi-skilled experts in combat, interrogation, kidnapping, assassination, etc.... My time in CI has allowed me to learn surface like the back of my hand and I have become a far better PvP player than I was before due to various raids. My time in RSD has allowed me to gain an in depth knowledge for creativity and experimentation within the server along with increasing my overall knowledge of all the SCPs that are on the server, my time as an ECA has given insight into working with ethics similar to my time in O-1 however in a more roleplay specific capacity and especially in documentation and following direct orders in collaboration with O-1 and finally my time as SA has given me experience in working in an administrative role handling all manner of situations on the site from a higher standing and dealing with major GOI RP along with helping me hone my ability to create RP with a variety of people.
Due to this I believe I can be a great OSA as although I may not have any direct experience working with O-5, it is for that exact reason I wish to become an OSA to experience that area of RP I have long missed and I would use all the skills I have listed above to prove my worth as an OSA and during my time I will reflect upon it and grow even more.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
The end all be all duty of an OSA is to serve the O5 council in a number of ways in order to benefit the foundation and relieve O5s work load so that they may focus on more larger things. Throughout this core goal an OSA will perform many things, the first responsibility will be to act as a the first point of contact for O5 between others within the site, OSAs will meet with others on the O5s behalf and see what it is the person wishes to contact O5 about and decide if it is an appropriate matter to bring to O5 or to send the person on their way. Another responsibility would be to carry out orders on behalf of the O5 council, these orders can range from simple interviews on staff to full co-ordination with Alpha-1 in investigations against a person or persons of interest to the O5 council, a further responsibility for an OSA is to create a mass amount of high quality documentation for the council based on these operations or when ordered to take notes during meetings or to create incident reports when notable events occur on site. OSAs also have the additional responsibilities of a standard CL4 personnel such as authorising the use of the advanced armoury, ensuring tesla gates are on and organising sweeps of D-blocks if there are no GSD leadership on site, etc...

Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
As stated previously I wish to become an OSA because the roleplay around floor 3 is one that I have not experienced in the past and as such is something I wish to join in on in order to be a part of this roleplay and to improve myself from it. The reason I have chosen an OSA instead of attempting to join the F3 group of RP through another party such as A-1 is because I believe as of now the role of an OSA is best suited for me as I have not been in a support heavy role since my days as ECA and would like to return back to that.
