I'd like to clarify that the RDM was when i first came back to the server and was familiarising myself with the rules again. The pac warning was recent i understand but i hope it can be known it stemmed from a misunderstanding and has no impact on my knowledge of the server rules as well as any RP i have in game.
Gap in Vtime was when i was moving out of uni, i'll be free for most of the summer which is why i've been so active recently :steamhappy:

What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I believe myself to be the best candidate due to my current role within the foundation, as an ISD inspector i would say i already understand the role a Jr.cl4 personnel has within the foundation as well as the limitations they come with. Not only this, but playing ISD has opened me up to RP with a breadth of different departments i am knowledgeable on most foundation personnel in each notable department, i often brush shoulders with the O5 in specific RP encounters as well as ethics. An example of this would be writing documents on gaps within the FLC with an ECA not too long ago. My point here is that i have tried to put my best foot forward in improving my RP and letting myself be put into more RP scenarios. I would also describe myself as somewhat cool-headed during 'tense' moments in roleplay, in most situations i am able to make judgements that are swift and often the correct course of action. I do very much so use this as a learning experience for me as a whole due to the nature of the role and given the chance i wish to fill the gaps in my knowledge 'on the job' so to speak. The veil. I understand the interest of the O5 and how thin the line is between them and the Committee, as an OSA i know the importance of not going out of your way to garner the attention of ethics and ensuring that you are not the center of attention at all times. As you act as the eyes and ears of the O5 when carrying out their tasks, you must ensure that your actions are efficient befitting of the standard of the council.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Carrying out the orders of the O5-
The main duty of an assistant is to carry out the orders of the o5, whether this be signing/creating documents, filling in on meeting on their behalf, gathering information, so on and so forth it is to be completed to the best of your abilities. In the same vein you would also be required to communicate with other departments and overall to be a presence of the o5 within the foundation.
CL4 duties-
As OSA is also a cl4 role you are also required to carry out the same things other cl4 members of foundation do this includes:
Authorising AA
Closing Blast doors around site
activating teslas and FSL
being present in the F3 camera room, etc.
As assistants are the first point of contact between foundation staff and F3 in the CoC, it is imperative that they act with professionalism and respect- able to engage well with foundation staff and to overall be collected when interacting with staff.

Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
From the time that i've spent on the server i've seen firsthand how deeply RP shapes narrative on the server, i believe that despite me being overall quite newer to the server i understand the role of the O5 -and by extension assistants- well enough that i can apply for the role without many hesitations. I've grown a lot within the ISD department, having spent time so close to the FLC and interacting with a breadth of people all over the facility i want to now step in a new direction on the server. I've spent most of my time on the server on more combative roles, so taking a new role that strays further from this will be something i look forward to doing. As i mentioned previously, regardless of my somewhat brief time on the server i believe myself to be a strong candidate for the role as i view myself as somewhat of a 'pencil-pusher'- Being able to contribute to the mission statement whilst also carrying out tasks for the O5 is a challenge i find myself wanting to take.
Ultimately, i wish to challenge myself and take a role that creates roleplay, going from CL3 to 4 the biggest thing i took note of was the impact it has on the people around you, often times you are the one who needs to take initiate in order for others to get more involved and hopefully with OSA i'll be able to improve this and create more roleplay of my own.
