Hi everybody,
After six or seven (its more like 7-8 but i had to make the joke) months of being back on the server (or properly playing, considering my short stints in 2023/2024 were pretty insignificant), it's unfortunately time for me to step back and carry on to greener pastures.
Truth be told I can't recall the countless of amazing moments that I've had on this server during that time. From joining E-11 initially to eventually moving on to O-1 and climbing up the ranks to REGCOM. So many good memories.
I'm particularly thankful to all of those who I played with between late November and February, as that was a particularly difficult time for me due to being out of work and generally a little down (blessed be the irish weather).
Anyway, time to glaze people.
O-1/Ethics:
@Pyrite - Absolute legend and a great commander. Always a joy to be around and lifts the mood wherever he goes.
@'Revenant'/Arno 'Hermes' - My favourite Finnish person. Has put more time and effort into O-1 than I ever could. I would’ve been finnished without him.
@Cloudyy - A personal hero and a great friend. One of the most genuinely caring people I’ve met on a GMod server. Would’ve been O-1 MAJ if the army didn’t take him.
@Mirage - Slop commander and slop SL. Jokes aside, he was in O-1 for nearly my entire time in the regiment, inducted me, and was a great mentor as I climbed from CL3-Sr Cl4. Genuinely adore this guy.
@'Clank' - Favourite Irish person on the server. Nepo’d me into NCO/CO. Always had time to listen and is just a solid friend. Still owe him a pint.
@In1 / Ordo - Loved this guy. Was genuinely gutted when he left. Future badminton pro.
@Niox - Favourite troll from the north of Ireland.
@yoru~ - See the resignation note I wrote for you. You’re an absolute gem.
@Apex - Sound as a pound. Fellow hillbillys enjoyer.
@Aoife - Yup Donegal. Favourite Dunnes merchant.
@MaxoMaxoMaxo - Too many good memories doing slop RP. I'll miss it. Absolutely amazing guy. Musical genius as well. Good luck with your app.
@King Julien - Absolutely blessed ECM/ECC and GM. Keep doing what you're doing as SD.
@Ktthulhu - Never seen anyone roleplay being a functional alcoholic better. Eternal ECM

I'm 99% sure there's a least one person here that I've missed. Sadly my fingers are giving out to me after tall the typing so I'll leave it at this. For anyone not named above that I've dealt with on the server - thank you for all the laughter, memories and great fun. Who knows, maybe I'll have the time to be active on the server again in the future.
