Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Yes, However have been trying hard to keep a clean record
Why should you be unbanned: I feel the ban was false as the Naming Conventions ban is uneeded, The Failrp part was being sorted by IA already. The admin did not listen to me in the sit at all.
The ban I feel was completely false, at the start of the sit he told us to change our names, Our names are Lequise Lebron the XVII and Lequise Lebron IV, He tries to say those names fall under the naming convention, which i fully dont believe as i read the rules of naming convention before chosing the name, as we have been friends a long time we decided to both join this server at the same time and have a similar name as to be 'brothers' or something along those lines. During the start of the sit he was extremely agitated and started to take it out on us, I do not think i broke a FailRP rule, as he said in the sit it would be class X then i questioned him and then changed it to class E, After typing !xban he took a solid 5 minutes to type out the ban while i was explaining i was being taken to IA to be spoken to or arrested for the murder but he refused to listen and then banned me, However I could be wrong that Chefs using guns is not FailRP but in my experience and going through the rules it does not appear to me that it is.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: by reading the rules and making sure i can memorise them
Why do you want to rejoin this server?:The server is really fun me and a few friends play on it and we enjoy coming on to talk to and meet new people while having a laugh testing and more.
