What will you do to stop this from happening again: Really super duper make it more clear that I need to leave for work now and can't wait any longer because I'll be late. Told the guy I have to leave in 10 minutes, waited with him and some kid, once the time came I said "I have to leave for work now, uhm I'm a CI-A bye bye."

Why should you be unbanned: Because I had to go to work which is more important than getting held in a room as a ci by two people waiting to get an interrogator.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I will do my best not to, you can never insure anything you never know the future.
