Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I do have moderation experience in multiple discord servers and enforced the rules of said communities but i do not have any relevant GMOD staff experience

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: One of my proud moments in the server was when i managed to the harmony guardian medal in GOC through giving large amounts of healing and revives while in the midst of a large surface conflict
another proud moment was when i became a captain in goc

Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become a staff member to grab some experience with staffing on gmod aswell as well as providing late night staff population as i mostly play during the am hours on the USA server I also personally want experience with every job that this server has to offer and with my being here for atleast a year i think now is a good time to attempt becoming staff

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: as of this current moment i cannot think of anything i could improve on with the staff team aside from adding me to the team : D

Duck, I have experienced how you are as a player and while you aren't the most serious at all times (and nobody says you need to be!), you have a good head on your shoulders, and I know you can make competent decisions and would be an asset to the night shift. I genuinely would like to see what you think staff could improve on, however.
