FailRP | Mixing Argued with a dead CI-DELCOM that i was purposely looking at him as 096 and broke the rules, and was also speaking to an E-11 Pvt where was the E-11 stairs where he was told to keep me when he got lost
How many hours can you be on everyday: I can be on for more then 6 hours a day

Head admin-Moderator for a GTA PSN RP (multiple servers with ranks in between Head Admin and Moderator)
I would moderate best we could with the limits of GTA5 games while roleplay happened, made sure people followed rules, didn't cop bait, brought in some new rules myself and contributed into the betterment of communication between all staff members.
Moderator for a few War or Rights event servers
Modded in game the selected servers for WoR while events took place, made sure balance was equal as close as we could for a 1:1, spectated the game and issued warnings/kicks/bans when needed after several warnings.
Moderator for an SCP;SL game
Handled admin sits of MRDM/RDM, sending proof of hackers and getting them banned, played with the community and stayed with them during games not staying in an observer mode, helped admins/event organizers with playing events within the game.
secretary (Mod) for a PnW web game discord alliance server
was one of many secretaries of the internal affairs within the alliance, helped keep members in check with MMR, econ, project buildings, and helped the econ department with giving grants/loans when asked.

Moderated his chat while he streamed engaged with his community before he stopped streaming.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Getting my CSG Promotion was one of my best achievements I got honestly getting that rank while I worked for it in E-11 showed that the progress I make matters within the regiment
my 096 WL I love 096 and he's one of my favourite SCPs in general getting his WL was something I enjoyed being able to do my own things and just LARP a little more and play hide and seek in HCZ when I'm breached at times
(edit) Had to edit this in as this is definitely one of my best achievements, getting my medical license and becoming a doctor with a bio clr 2 as a medical civilian Charles 'BigMan' Hawthorne. Thanks to the DEA Dpt Director a special agent Combat Medic Alexander and Consultant Sammy Peppers without them this wouldnt be possible! Thank you, guys! it was a nice LARP moment!
Why would you like to become a staff member: As I joined since early/mid-September the community has been nothing but amazing and nice and the staff team has been nothing but understanding and patient with the interactions and questions I've had with them, I would like to help keep it that way a welcoming staff team who's patient and nice able to give out a helping hand to the newer players and the veterans alike.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Ticket response times. Some tickets have long wait times sometimes for the simplest of thing's, sometimes people wait long times to get unstuck from a perma prop that just loaded into a room, getting help from a staff member about other things when there's already staff members online and able to answer those tickets. Sometimes the player could be feeling ignored by the staff team when a simple ticket of where they need help getting unstuck or need someone to review a clip of a rule breaker takes longer than it should with multiple staff online, could break the trust between the community and the staff team.
