Why would you like to become a staff member: I enjoy this community, and I want to give back to them but joining the staff team. I try to maintain a neutral mind when dealing with situations, trying to understand the issue and do my best to resolve it.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would love to improve a few things, one of which being staff transparency. There have been some cases of staff misconduct, so I want to be an example of how to properly deal with certain issues relating to rule-breaking.
Another thing I want to improve is opinion towards staff members. Like I stated before, I try to keep a neutral mind, getting to the core of the issue. I do believe that maintaining composure and an open mind could go a long way to helping people.
