How many hours can you be on everyday: I go to a working job, so I would say once I am off, I am available and will be staffing all of the time after work a lot.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I do have some previous experience. I am an official Moderator in SCP: Site Roleplay and is going to be applying for a position with the official ERLC community soon.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I have a lot of experience with the whole games, I am active most of the time inside of the game, feel like I am trustworthy, and I feel like I can be let alone, also I am a fast passed yound man and also a fast learner, just wanting to gain more experience with moderation, I like to go swimming, play games, and overall try out new things.

Even tho I do not have a working mic and hopefully will not fail this application, I get paid because I work at Taco John's in real life in about 2 weeks, so I will then get a working mic. I am hoping I do get accepted, but maybe some leniency would be good until I get a mic so I can talk.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member in your amazon community mainly because it is a passionate thing for me to become an official staff member, I feel like I can be trusted and can work in the envirenments necessary to keep my position and rise the ranks, my ultimate goal is to become an official staff member, and eventually become a high ranking staff member, I feel like I have what it takes and I should be accepted as I read the staff handbook and all of the rules.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I think personally I can improve a lot, like basic performence, new staff members, and an overall healthier community.
[NOTE]: I get that I am 14 years old, but as I mentioned I have read the staff handbook and it said you can apply if you are really trustworthy and able to put on the challenges, perssonely for me I feel like I fill in the box as a 14 year old especially with my experience, because in low level communities I am a high rank in a lot of small servers that doesn't have a lot of members.
