Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Something I’m proud of achieving is becoming an MTF E-11 Captain.
It’s one of the most meaningful accomplishments I’ve had on this server. Reaching this position took dedication, time, and a strong understanding of leadership and teamwork. Being able to lead others in high-pressure situations and contribute to the success of E-11 operations has been incredibly rewarding. I feel truly appreciated by my fellow members, and I’m proud to be part of a team that values professionalism and cooperation.
Why would you like to become a staff member: Over time, I’ve gained a much deeper understanding of what it truly means to be a moderator on this server. Through observing others, asking questions, and learning from the way the staff team operates, I’ve come to see that being a staff member is not just about enforcing rules it’s about helping to create a fair, enjoyable, and welcoming experience for everyone. I’ve spent a lot of time improving my knowledge of both the server’s rules and its roleplay systems, and I’ve come to appreciate how staff actions can shape the community’s overall experience. I want to be the kind of staff member people can rely on someone who is approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. My goal is to make a positive impact, especially during times when support is limited, and to contribute to making Civil Networks a better place for both new, current and returning players.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: What I’ve noticed more recently is that during low population hours, there often aren’t many staff members online or available. These quieter times still require oversight, as rule-breaking and issues can still occur when fewer people are on. This has motivated me even more to step up and take initiative. I truly believe I can fill that gap and be a reliable, consistent staff presence during those low-pop periods. With everything I’ve learned from my previous experience, I feel more prepared than ever to handle the responsibilities of the position and to contribute positively to the server’s growth, stability, and overall player experience—regardless of the time of day.
