How many hours can you be on everyday: 2-5 hours every day

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have not been staff in a community since 2015, during this time of being staff i was responsible for overseeing the gameplay and issuing out punishments. On top of that i was apart of a team that were responsible for implementing new maps and addons and ensuring they ran well.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I have made it to LTCOM in E-11 and participated in a few roleplay scenarios with some amazing people. Im proud of myself for getting into E-11 and making it to LTCOM on top of being a roleplay leader and being able to participate in any situation that i can.

Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a member of staff for a few reasons. My first reason is i enjoy the server a ton, however rules are put in place to follow to ensure that the fun isn't interrupted or that its fair for everyone involved. I have been witnessed to tons of rule breaks throughout my time in CN and I want to be a part of a team that can make a difference in someone's experience here. My second reason is, I very much enjoy the administration side of anything, whether that's servers or in real life with being management. Being able to be a part of something but also making a difference is the best feeling in the world. My third reason is, I like to uphold the rules, not everybody does. I like it because as i said before, they are put in place for a reason, to prevent someone from being unfair during an exchange, ensure no one is a target of any time of discrimination or simply to deter someone from ruining others experiences.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: One of the main things I've seen with staff is a lack of transparency sometimes. Ive gotten tickets handled where the person handling them would simply say handled and close it out. Even though I may still have questions or I wasn't totally sure what they handled. On top of that, there have been times where the staff member took an extended time to respond. Then responded with "Closed!" and closed the ticket, again unsure of what even happened or if they needed me to give them more evidence. With taking tickets, there should be an understanding from both sides, inform the person that was making the ticket that "yes this is a rule break, thank you for bringing this to my attention, as such the person/persons involved have received due punishment, is there anything else with this issue that you may want to bring to my attention?". If it's not a rule break, explain to the person why it's not a rule break, go into detail and listen and answer any questions they may have. Even after all of that, STILL ask is there anything else you have questions about or need me to answer? This will ensure that the person making the ticket has the transparency they need and can leave feeling fulfilled rather than ignored or as if they shouldn't have even reported the issue. This is how i would personally respond during any ticket I receive. These are the things I have personally experienced during my time at CN and it's something I am looking forward to help fix.

+support I've played alongside Header for a while now, Header consistently shows he knows the rules by reminding people in E11, He is practically always on the server, and his playtime speaks for themselves. You can always see header on during peak hours or even during low pop. Header is a completely honest person and his transparency shows he actually understands what a good staff member should look like. Header has the leadership experience, and good mindset to easily improve this community.
