Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I've received 3 warnings those being Inappropriate Conduct for saying a joke I believed wasn't against the rules. I've since read up on what I can and cannot say. Hitbox abuse for jumping twice in combat. I was fairly new to the combat on the server and GMod in general. A Fail RP warn for shooting a d-class as a non-combative.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: No.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: The people I've met in this community is something I'm proud of. They make my experience on the server even better and are people I can count on. My current role as a DPT. Manager which has let me make my own impact on the server.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to do more for the server and make a more positive experience for not only me but for others. I'd also would like to interact with more of the community as my main roles prevent me from doing so. I've heard positive experiences from people who I know that are staff and it seems like it would be something for me.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: One specific thing I would improve is communication on staff rulings. I've had experiences and heard from other players about being informed of a ruling but it either doesn't make sense or a different member of staff had a different interpretation of a ruling. I want to hopefully improve this by being more transparent with rulings and overall answering any and all questions one may have.
