I know it's quite a long list, but I swear I have changed, as I was staff previously, even after all of that stuff
How many hours can you be on everyday: Kinda depends on the day, I got a wonky work schedule, I usually shoot for 3-5 hours a day tho if possible
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I used to be a Senior Moderator for Civil Networks SCP-RP USA server
Spent a lot of time as AOD, watching people and making sure rules were being followed, along with taking sits with urgency when necessary to do so
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Achieving Nu-7 LT and O-1 CSG, getting GSD Captain, fending off an A-1 assault as an O-1 against ethics committee, saving an O5, and much more, but it was all quite a while ago
Why would you like to become a staff member: Honestly, I miss it. I miss helping people out with issues and other problematic players, along with educating new people on what the rules are, so they don't get in trouble by being in the unknown of certain aspects. I want to make the server a more enjoyable place for everyone playing in whatever way I can, whether that be helping out players experiencing bugs and needing it fixed, or a mass RDMer who needs to be banned, I'm happy to do it all. I don't fold under pressure, and I get stuff done efficiently and in a timely manner. I was able to take sits quickly and efficiently without taking too much time on them, which allowed me to help even more people in the long run. I am good with people and am good at calming people down in pressing situations where tensions are high. I'm also a pretty quick typer, and I'm always fast to respond whenever someone needs assistance. I do know that my warning history is extensive, to say the least, but I have changed since all that has happened before I ever was staff the first time, and I hope to continue proving so that I can do a good job despite what I used to do on the server.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I don't think there's a whole lot that I have personally seen that I think needs to necessarily be improved. Only thing I can really think of is a bit of leniency with first-time rule breakers or light things that shouldn't be pursued as heavily as they are. I do understand that rules are there for a reason, but people don't always necessarily intend to break the rules, and sometimes just do it by mistake or accident. I could definitely see an improvement in AODs being on and active (Personally, I don't see them on a whole lot), which I personally love. Being on AOD gives me a good time to just do what I need to do, help people as needed, and spectate people (I'm a bit of a people watcher)
