Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Getting into A-1 and later on O-1 after dedicating much of my time improving to be up to standards to join them was one of my first biggest accomplishments on the server. I feel like since then I kept working on improving my combat abilities and handling RP scenarios when required and mattered. Being able to partake in those kinds of RP has been another achievement of mine since joining as I find it to be one of the most enjoyable and interesting RP to be a part of.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to join the staff team to further expand my community involvement as well as improve the state of the community. I enjoy helping out people and I believe I can have a positive impact on the staff team based off my previous experiences in staff on other servers. I want to be able to help out with people who are stuck and questions people might have. I have lots of experience on servers similar to this and I am able to use that experience to help with staff. I believe that I will be a quick learner understanding how Civil works compared to where I come from and will be able to grasp situations very quickly so I can help out the best I can. Overall I want the experience of being a part of a staff team that will allow me to do more in the community and move it in a good direction.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Consistency in tickets, I believe more often than not I hear from others and have experienced multiple staff members not coming to an agreement on a topic, which would take longer than expected to resolve an issue. I believe the only way to solve this issue is to have the staff members be more confident in their abilities to resolve issues or just have a better understanding of the situation in general.
