Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: -> Sunday January 7th 2024 - Inappropriate Misconduct (I can't provide an explanation for this one, I have forgotten, sorry.)
-> Sunday February 11th 2024 - FailRP (If I remember correctly this was due to me messing around right before server restart, as I thought it would be okay. Which is also another dumb reason for me to get a warning. That I could've easily avoided.)
-> Friday July 26th 2024 - ERP (This was a really dumb one I could've easily not gotten. And looking back on it, I see that I shouldn't have said anything.)
-> Apr 18, 2025 - FailRP (I have applied to get this removed in the past, which it will not be, and I think that it should; still though I do see why it isn’t. I helped to “breach” 008, in reality it was an unauthorised test that I was forced to do under FearRP situations.)
How many hours can you be on everyday: Other than school during weekdays, I can be on from 4-9PM, and on weekends 4-10:30PM GMT
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes I do, In another community (NOT GMOD) I had reached the rank of head moderator; I was to oversee the other moderators and feedback to the owners (It was a small community though - about 30-50 active at peak and 0-10 minimum -, so that is why I was to directly speak to the owners) on what common problems were within the community. I had contributed my time, my effort, my experience, and my advice about problems to the server.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud to have achieved the role of Executive Researcher - at the time of writing this -, it has opened many gateways for me to LARP and meet new people, it has also allowed me to contribute more to my writing and let me learn more things.
Why would you like to become a staff member: The main reason I would like to become a staff member to assist with the community.
I have seen a many people in the community minge and break the rules instead of having harmless fun. It ruins the fun others want to have, and I'd like to help those who do want to have fun times on this server & in this community.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I think it would be the overall communication between staff and the player base, I have seen some staff not fully communicate with those who they're warning; causing misunderstandings and hate between each-other. I would also like to listen to both sides of the story, before making a quick judgement.
