What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will not use AA especially nerve gas if no scp is breached and I will not use it on site personnel. If I am ever banned again, I will not attempt to ban evade and will instead wait out the punishment or submit an appeal if I am able to. I am still in the process of deleting the alternate account I used and will not use any more alternate accounts to bypass punishments again.

Why should you be unbanned: I first want to say thank you for allowing me to re-appeal. Since the last appeal I have thought about what the staff member said about how this affects the community. I have come to the conclusion I was only thinking how this affected me and staff and not how it affected everyone else. When I threw the nerve gas in a crowded area after a breach I basically hit the reset button on the RP in the area. Which affected everyone on the server and not just the ones that were in the gas, because of my actions Rp stopped/ reset, and basically wasted everyone's time. I also understand that ban evasion does not only affect staff but the whole community. By attempting to bypass my punishment, I threatened the fairness of the rules and moderation system, that is there to protect players, keep things fair and maintain a stable RP server. I did not intend to disrespect or undermine staff when I attempted to ban evade, but I understand that intent does not change how bad the action is. And because of that trust was lost.


I believe I should be unbanned because I now understand that these actions affect the community in a negative way. I will be committed to following server rules and respecting staff decisions if/when I am allowed to return. I have waited out the period you requested without attempting to bypass the ban, and I have taken responsibility for my actions. I respect whatever the decision is and appreciate you taking the time to review this.

After reviewing your previous appeals and the accounts in question, as well as having a discussion with some other members of Server Leadership, I have decided to shorten your ban to an appropriate length.

Ban evasion is a serious thing, and usually these would not be looked at until far later (say, a few months). With what you've provided however, I believe that you truly do wish to roleplay and have learned not to negatively affect the roleplay of those around you.

If you do the same things again (i.e. MassRDM or Ban Evasion) it will be so much more severe, especially since it will show you haven't learned.

Due to the above, your ban has been adjusted to expire early next month on March 13th, and you will not be able to appeal again for the duration of this period, as we feel you have shown that you are willing to contribute and play the server without a need to wait until May.
