Who banned you: Adam/ Rackrain / Smith

Ban length: 1 week

What will you do to stop this from happening again: i wont be repeating what others say before myself first goes and reassure myself with the Rules in the server that includes words that you might not think count.

Why should you be unbanned: i was new to the server/game/and experience and was enjoying myself thinking minimally about what was going on when i simply just asked who had said a slur and then asked them not to say the slur when when i was tpd and explained i was recieving a ban when asked why i was told that simply because i said the word i was getting banned even though i wasnt being derrogative or shaming anyone, me being part of the lgbtq community i would never hence why i was telling him not to say it. but when talking to "adam" and explaining i wasnt the one using it in a hateful or slanderful way essentially said oh well and banned me anyway i dont really think i have done any wrong here and if so i wasnt aware of it and dont think i was given enough of a chance especially since i was first time and ONLY time offender.

Hi there, but as per our rule 2.04 Disrespect and Discrimination - Disrespectful conduct, including the use of derogatory language, racism, homophobia, and offensive slurs, is strictly prohibited. Discrimination, whether through unfair treatment, opportunities, or offensive behavior based on appearance, sexuality, gender, religion, nationality, or other characteristics, is also not permitted. Jokingly using derogatory language is not an exception. I understand you may be new but we have a zero tolerance for it. As with the clip you were saying it multiple times with the other two people in line.

After taking time to review your appeal, there were a couple things that I wanted to bring up. As stated by Rackarain in his comment on the appeal, we have a no tolerance policy on topics that fall under our 2.04 Disrespect and Discrimination ruling(s). You stated that this was your first offense, and with your story you claim that you were not attempting to use any wording in a discriminatory way, however regardless of the situation, any comment that can be taken as disrespectful and or discriminatory is not accepted on our servers. Your ban expires tomorrow at the time of this response, and with all the things stated above I have decided to [Deny] this appeal.
