Why should you be unbanned: Got falsely banned cause of my internet died last night, I was on SCP-323 when my internet died, and I can't control my internet, like what was I suppose to do, I can't control the internet or the company....

My internet went out how was I supposed to get in contact with anyone about what happened last night?
I would also like to put out that I don't have data on my phone so I could not even let whoever banned me know my internet went down.
