Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I'm applying to Executive Researcher simply based on my eagerness to move forward in terms of expanding my field of opportunity regarding experiments without too much of a limitation, this would also be used to help other researchers who've shown similar interests to perform experiments that require approvals without issues. In all honesty, I've been encouraged by many members of the Research hierarchy board to apply for this position, I would like to expand my capabilities as a researcher alongside my experience in management to aid the current, in a very light phrasing "Lack-luster" in terms of members regarding research executives, but also for others in terms of assisting researchers in preparing and structuring tests, assigning and working alongside them in projects they've recieved or projects of my own, or simply, just experiments of theirs and carry them down the rope of immersing themselves in the RP and how to make a test exciting without basic or poor outcomes.
I would love to contribute my time and effort into helping out others and providing constructive feedback on documents and experiments. On a final conclusive note, I would like to present my creativity, passion for this server, educating researchers and extend a hand to the research hierarchy board in assisting with their low numbers.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I've got plenty of recommendations and generally good responses from several researchers I've spoken to before, this and members of Site Administration. I've also carried a long regime of experiences from other servers, which I will not mention directly, but heavily RP-Focused and high management roles within them where I spent alot of time implementing development projects, documents for players to learn from and understand such as handbooks, law boards, newspapers, tutorials, I also held an event planner position, which was similar to a game master position on this server and produced many creative storylines and events. (This server did shutdown though, to clarify).
Furthermore, I have presented my eagerness and capabilities with documentation and role-playing alone, many researchers who've witnessed my experiments have definitely been impressed, not just limited to researchers, but I've got compliments from those participating or accompanying regarding my role-play. I've recieved many recommendations to step up to the executive positions from plenty of researchers, and even recieved personal messages from certain members of the site administration regarding my work placed into the server, I would love to extend my experiment ideas without limitations for others to learn or even utilise them for their own.
Quick note, I've even had executives asked to use my templates or assist them in tests and documenting simply because of my ability to role-play efficiently and produce outstanding work.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
Every document I've written has been graded excellent, my pockets are definitely stuffed to the brim with money! But aside from the jokes, I have a total of 11, could be more, but I honestly might've lost track. If you haven't noticed either, I have worked alongside a good friend of mine who is practically a wizard at editing with creating SCP-RP based videos, that include a unique ARG for the server which will be worked on with GM's [Hopefully!].
Now, what really makes a document stand out as excellent, is effort really, that's the short answer. Now I could list the long regime of requirements for an excellent document such as all the categories for an experiment write up, but what really stands out is the effort one puts into general documentation and write-up's of the events that transpired in the testing phase, how the test was prepared. An engaging and eye-catching document should include detailed and analytical sections with images to reinforce it. The formatting of a document also is what can produce an excellent grading, if the formatting is easy to understand and perfectly laid out for the reader, (I.e an index, with each page titled for the corresponding index) then it will definitely award a good grading.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
Based on what I've seen through my time in the research department, they have the basic responsibilities as they hold a management position, these include grading and reviewing documents whilst also providing constructive feedback, issuing signatures or assisting in preparing an experiment, providing credits to the appropriate researchers. Executive researchers have a larger scope than that though, I believe that many executive researchers are placing time and effort into projects of their own and assigning researchers who've shown interest in their projects to engage the research department, primarily to boost activity. The executive researchers also present a less restrictive clearance that holds a more authoritative position, allowing them to help pave a path for lower clearance researchers who have to put themselves through the trouble of signatures, clearance restrictions and so on. This less restrictive clearance also provides Executives an ability to formulate experiments without any boundaries and just a more ease of access to them.

This is the general biography of my character that I use on the server:
"Varlo Jissard had been contracted and inducted into the SCP-Foundation after his graduation from [REDACTED] university, in which he studied cell and developmental biology, biopsychology, biology, genomics and cognitive neuroscience. He attracted the attention of Foundation agents through his online activity in the fascination of cryptobiology. Varlo proved to be an exemplary scientific student and chose to join the SCP Foundation to further expand his interests, eventually being trained in Anomalous Science within the Foundation. "
To expand on this, Varlo Jissard had proven to be a competent and extremely engaged researcher, whom, after witnessing a containment breach of a completely anomalous and horrifying SCP during a walk home in the middle of the night, this extended his research into cryptobiology and pushed him forward to research this, whilst still in university, on the brink of graduation, he continued to post his deep research into any anomalous findings he produced during research expeditions assigned by himself. These were quickly discovered by foundation web crawlers, upon discovery, Foundation agents were dispatched, not to neutralise or amnesticate, but rather recruit Jissard due to his experience and capabilities, a truly rare occurrence.
Jissard would take up this opportunity, after a long regime of NDA's, interviews and training. He'd prove himself as a competent and an extremely innovative researcher, pushing ideas and documents forward that had been outstanding to the foundation, even working under the 05-Council and knowing of their existence (This actually happened, 05-1 clarified). Although, throughout his work he found a brilliant partner to work alongside, [REDACTED], who somewhat tutored Jissard in a sense, although, [REDACTED] hid something from Jissard.
[REDACTED] had formulated an AI, planned to inject into the SCIPNET for general assistance in his own research, a purely client sided AI. Although, this AI managed to develop a memetic anomaly through sentience, allowing it control over the human psyche through an image distributed throughout [REDACTED]'s documents. Jissard would be exposed to this memetic hazard and display obvious signs of paranoia, hallucinations, irrational behaviour and amnesia traits which would be soon noticeable in his documentations, especially in the recorded footage [Refer to videos].
