How many hours can you be on everyday: Around 3-4 hours.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: No, I do not. This would be the very first time I would be a staff anywhere.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Throughout the years, I've achieved many RP scenarios as well as a few Sr. CL4 ranks on the server, some of them being Site Administration as well as UNGOC CPT. They all came with their own quirks and RP scenarios, all of them which were (in my opinion) enjoyable to all people involved.
Most recently, I am proud of the fact that during my time in Site Administration, I've contributed to making sure all departments and MTFs are running as well as they could and that SA helps out wherever we can in a timely matter.
I also pride myself on being approachable, and the fact that people openly come to me with their issues (if there are any) without the fear of me shoving them away or ignoring them.
Why would you like to become a staff member: Mostly to help out people and try out something new. I have never been staff anywhere before, and I already help out others wherever I can, so I believe becoming staff would just make it easier for me to do this. Obviously more down the line, I am hoping to steer the server into even more roleplay with trying to steer the content changes towards RP instead of combat, but these are very big dreams for a very small man for now.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: There isn't a lot of things I can think off from the top of my head as I do believe the staff team is doing nicely right now. I simply wish to keep up the standards and work with making sure these standards do not decline.
