This is my first staff application

Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why:
I've got lots of warns, most are expired and I honestly dont remember how I got most of them, apart from my most recent one (May 8) which was for teabagging someone I killed on surface.

How many hours can you be on everyday:
3 - 6

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community:
Yes, I was an admin on a darkrp server and held that position for quite a while, I think it was around 5 months

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game:
My test on the amulet in which I wrote an extensive document to my standard, took alot of time and thinking power on my end, I properly rp'ed it out and it was fun for all those involved. Also proud of getting CI DELCOM, while some might think its a relatively easy rank to get I was pretty happy I got it. I've also grown out of my early "mingy-ness" as I had a "learn the rules through experience" view. I've also found that what I enjoyed previously just simply isnt as fun (minging) compared to what I do now.

Why would you like to become a staff member:
I'm fairly active and I like helping out, doesn't cost me anything to help out and be nice to people. also because you guys are looking for new staff members

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so:
The appeals system, I personally don't like the lack of communication that goes on between whoevers handling the appeal and the person appealing, some appeals have been left ghosted for a while and sometimes staff arent even aware they've been created. I would implement a system where a group of designated, idk HMOD's for example check the forums every so often, and write a little comment acknowledging that its being looked that, then to get the person who banned them to give their little slice and a verdict

I read your forum history and found that you have a toxic behavior, and that's why I think you don't belong in the staff team. I would also suggest that you become more friendly to people in the community.

I try to keep my negative comments to a minimum but sometimes they unfortunately slip out, however telling someone that your gonna drag their cat down the street isnt also desirable.

Staff members often receive flak and criticism when handling sits and other various player queries and complaints. If your first retort is to try and "get one over on them" back by making uneducated comments then this isn't the role for you, especially if your comments "slip out".

For the record, I told @Remmy that I'd drag his cat down the street. He's a good friend, and if you take more than a second to read it you'd notice I make inside jokes in most of my posts directed towards him - most of which are fairly obvious satirical.

I can definitely handle criticism and if something slips out by mistake, it was a mistake and at that point there isnt really much I can do apart from apologize and not let it happen again. Even if it was an inside joke someone who doesnt understand might think "what a nasty comment from someone in a position of power" feel free to take this to dms as i dont want this post to be clogged with back and forth
