Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community:
No, I have never been a part of a GMod Staff team, but I have experience as a staff member in various other games, Grand Theft Auto V FiveM Roleplay servers, Roblox Communities, where I contributed to their community reach teams, and the community engagement teams. I currently still hold some of my Roblox Moderator Positions, and those will be described below.
Roblox Communities:
Community #1
I still hold this position, I started being a Moderator of this community over an year or so ago, where I started as a Trial Moderator, working my way up to Moderator where from Moderator I was one of the most active moderators, doing community engagement in the Discord, after 2-3, and I was accepted into the Discord Moderation Team Mentoring program where I became a Mentor for new Trial Moderators, months have passed as me being Mentor I was selected to be promoted to Senior Moderator, as a Senior Moderator I was the first contact for new Trial Moderators and new/old Moderators. Achieving the rank of Senior Moderator I was granted access to Game Moderation where I alongside another Game Moderator were the most active ones, after 5-6 months of being a Senior Moderator I've learned alot and ended up being promoted to Administrator and being officialy recognized as the First in Command of Discord Moderation, also achieving the position of Senior Game Moderator, for a little time I was the First in Command of Game Moderation but due to my amount of roles within the community, I was "forced" to step down from Game Moderation First in Command and a new First in Command was assigned to such, I still hold a Senior Game Moderator position within the game and Administrator for Discord Moderation for the community.

This community was a Brazilian community where I participated as an Administrator and almost Chief of Staff within the community. We had some problems that I decided to step down as the community after some time started getting a bit iffy and corrupt to a certain point that I didn't want to partake in it anymore, leaving the community as an Administrator.
Community #3
Community #3 is an SCPF Group that I still partake in the Moderation and Development aspects. Currently, I'm a Junior Moderator for Community #3, Quality Assurance Team Lead for Balancing, and I hold many In-Game positions, such as Ethics Committee member, Military Police, and Security Department.
There are some others, but I don't remember them in detail, so I don't think it is necessary to mention them, as my most impactful Moderation Experiences came from those communities mentioned.
Grand Theft Auto V FiveM Communities:
I've participated in many FiveM Roleplay communities where I even ended up being one of the Co-Founders for one of the communities, but it never grew too much, as in Portugal, there are many good servers with many challenges to come against, meaning we couldn't grow too much.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game:
I am proud of achieving the knowledge, the community members I've been introduced to, and some ranks I currently hold within the Community. The following is what I'm certainly proud of:
Being part of the Department of External Affairs allowed me to do amazing Roleplay Scenarios and achieve some ranks within the department and the people I've met. Many Nu-7 Commissioned Officers, Nu-7 Non-Commissioned Officers, Nu-7 Enlisted, and obviously, DEA members. I've met great people from pretty much every department, such as Dolphin, he can be a complete funny and troll guy sometimes, but when it comes to work and doing his part, he goes ahead and beyond doing everything to the best of his abilities, I've also met Pebble, Hunter, Undertaker, Nathan, many people that are fun to be around (If I forgot to mention your name, don't worry, I still know you!). Currently, I hold Undercover Agent, Field Agent, and Senior Agent, trying my luck to get Special Agent as of now.
Being part of Epsilon-11 also allowed me to meet amazing people and achieve many rank positions, which I'm proud of achieving. As of now, I'm a Corporal for E-11 and trying my best to achieve further ranks within the Regiment, as the people in there are amazing, as an example, Mischa, Liz, Stanley, the COs themselves, and everything.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a Staff Member so I can achieve personnal goals and become a part of the StaffTeam, assisting the community further, I've been trying my best to achieve more ranks in the community and interact with as many people as I can in-game, people are amazing, even that I'm shy, I still try to do my best to interact with many people. My interest is also helping the community, dedicating my experience and my time to further help new and old players of the community.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so:
As of now, I don't see much to improve a part of the UK Server, even if it turns into a bit of an "after-hours" server, the server lacks activity by the Staff Team, sometimes having one or two being Skoot and some other Moderators that are a part of Alpha-1.
So, in a short resume, I think that the only necessary thing as of now is the late-night activity. I would benefit the team with my activity at night, as I usually go to sleep around 1-2 AM.
