What's your current playtime: I have around 720 hours total played in this server. This month I have played for 43 hours, I could play a lot more but I have been very busy these last weeks.

Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I've received 2 warnings both over a year ago back when I first started playing.
One was for NLR, I backspawned as nu-7
Other one was for breaking FearRP when I broke out of cuffs under gunpoint.
How many hours can you be on everyday: I have a lot of school work and hobbies that I need to contribute most of my time into, but I can still be on around 2-4 hours a day. On vacations and weekends I can play a lot more.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I have been a moderator before on this server over a year ago. Before that I was a Senior moderator in MRP-UK and the old MRP-USA server. I also have worked as a developer and a staff member in a small community before this one. I have also been a moderator on other RP servers but my experience doesn't extend beyond moderators duties.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Im honestly proud of myself for getting familiar with this server and community again so quickly. Its been around 2 months since I got back into this server and I already know most of the people here and have even gotten myself a NCO rank in Omega-1.
Prior to this I can be proud of myself for being in Site Administration creating and partaking in roleplay and I look forward to do that again.
Why would you like to become a staff member: Honestly I enjoy the duties of a staff member and I can say that from experience. I love helping others and thats something I can do as a staff member.
I also believe that me being a staff member could help me get to know all the new people and new stuff in the server better. This community is something I've grown very attached to and I want to help out as much as I can while still enjoying the work I do.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would like for the staff team to be more active on helping and guiding new players. While I do not think this is a major issue its something me and my many friends I have tried convincing to hop on this server have struggled with. This server can be very difficult to get into especially for people who are new to RP as a whole.
