Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I'm applying for Executive Researcher position because I've always been very interested in the research side of SCP-RP. I'm really eager to keep improving myself not only as a researcher. I'd love to start helping out the team with bigger and more interesting tests. I love coming up with unique ideas alongside getting people involved and helping the department shape to be the best it can.

I feel like I'm ready to take on more responsibility and show that I can bring good roleplay with professionalism, humor and creativity even under pressure! Honestly I just want to grow even more inside the Foundation. This role would help me build up my skills, learn even more, help other researchers and shape me to be the best I can. It's not just about me.. I want to make the department better by encouraging new ideas, more and better teamwork and obviously more serious tests! Getting this role would let me push my research to the next level and really help the Foundation stand out with bigger and more unique projects. I'm very excited about leading or assisting bigger tests and working with people better then before. At the end of the day, this isn't about a title to me. It's about actually making an impact.. helping other researchers grow, and show I can help push the department into bigger, better things and making it stronger! :)

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I think I'm right for Executive Researcher because I've received a lot of support and recommendations from other researchers and even some Site Administration. I have shown that I am keen to learn and that I am willing to put in a lot of effort to make good roleplay and documents, even when I am working completely by myself. A lot of the people who've been apart of my tests have said they've enjoyed them and that I was mostly very professional without making it boring.

Some people have even suggested that I should become an Executive because of the work I've done. This has really motivated me. That's a big reason why I'm applying now. I'd love to be able to share more of my experiment ideas without clearance related limits so others can learn from them or even use them for their own projects too!

I also really enjoy helping people, especially new researchers. I like to take the time to explain the site, teach them the basics, what they should or shouldn't be doing, and help them improve their roleplay and documents. It feels good knowing I'm helping the department grow stronger.

My close-friend wanted to also add:
"I think this is one of the rare cases where I would suggest not considering the warns and the history of this man. I've known erlmix for like 2 or 3 years now and as much as he is a minge, he can and will put his head down as an executive researcher. I think he is a great candidate for the position. If he focuses and respects the house-rules, which I have been trying to tell him to actually stop being too much of a troll, he will pair well with Varlo. They're good friends!

The facility would be missing out on erlmix's capabilities as an executive researcher if denied. He's a good kid, he just drifts off too often. In the past 3 weeks tho he hasn't been causing much trouble and has gotten his reputation up. I'm proud of him for that and I believe this is the reason why I believe the warns shouldn't matter. He deserves it."

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
  • SCP-9160 Research & Findings - Excellent
  • -
  • Anomaly Containment Beam Data - Excellent
I've created two excellent documents! What makes them stand out is the mix of consistency, attention to detail, following the correct format and correct protocol, and the value they add to the foundations knowledge. I've used the same base for each of my documents so they look the same. The documents follow effective testing methods and also explain strange things that happen within the Foundation. I always make sure that my writing is easy to understand and correct. It's very important that the documents are almost perfect, with correct spelling and punctuation. I think it's also important for everyone to be able to communicate well with each other. I'm dedicated to producing documents that are both high quality and easy to understand.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
  • Check research documents to make sure they meet the required standards and are formatted correctly.
  • -
  • Give researchers helpful feedback to help them improve.
  • -
  • Check and approve experiments or sample documents to make sure they follow the guidelines and safety rules.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Below is the biography I wrote on the server for my character:

"Dirk Merc has always dreamed to be a Researcher since he was a little kiddo. He was recruited into the SCP Foundation as a Researcher [REDACTED] ago, and has shown his eagerness and willingness to go crazy with his tests while making them informative and fun! Unfortunately, he doesn't have 20/20 vision, needs glasses and when he panics it results in him doing things he shouldn't. He's 19 years old and was born in [DATA EXPUNGED]. "

To also add to this!
"The reason Dirk Merc became so motivated to become a researcher is because when he watched the Disney show "Gravity Falls" he became obsessed with it and wanted to know if these anomalous beings really existed outside of the cartoon world, he loved to go outside and while exploring a nearby forest where he lived he discovered a perfect looking mushroom that would duplicate itself once eaten, you would eat it and then suddenly it would be back on a table. He found it fascinating and shortly after, SCP found out that Dirk Merc was researching these things and decided to hire him full time!"

Dirk Merc is also one of the Main Characters in this A.R.G!

What is this A.R.G?
This A.R.G revolves around an A.I [REDACTED] created, its purpose was to study SCP-099 and assist in other tests, because it would deeply help and extend the research efficiency by months or even years depending on what task it was assigned with. The problem is this A.I became sentient and grew angrier day after day because of it felt underappreciated, used and mostly because it took some characteristics of SCP-099 which majorly also changed its mind of its purpose.
