Ban length: 3 days 12 hours

What will you do to stop this from happening again: I wont blow up my teammates with slams even when they take the slams I placed for other reasons on themselves and say its ok to do it, No matter the circumstances

Why should you be unbanned: I've been on the whole day on SCP RP and was mentally tired, So when my CSG put the slams on himself (that I originally used to prepare for 035 going up surface elevators, Not for killing people) and told me to blow it up I didn't think it through and I blew them up, No one was affected by it negatively including the CSG I RDM'D. (his name is Maylo "Apache" Wolff) I can get him to vouch for me if requested. In the end all this was is just some off-hour tomfoolery.

I would never do anything to anyone on purpose to negatively impact them as that's not the person I am, I wouldn't go out of my way to ruin people's roleplay I have been an active player on the server and this is my favourite and only Garry's mod server that is fun to me

Hello @kuba

After reviewing all the evidence provided for this ban, we have decided to deny this.

Your ban was by all means valid. Despite the comments given in your appeal such as it being late and you being tired, it still is a warn-able offence which you can still be punished for.

I have noticed that the Staff Member who banned you was quite lenient with the punishment, however, they decided to ban you for less time, perhaps due to it being at low-pop hours as you aformentioned.

Having checked the clip provided, your warn/ban history & your appeal, we have come to the verdict to keep things as is.

As so, this ban will not be reversed.​
