What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will stop being annoying and trying to mess with the testing. (for example: i will stop stucking myself into doors or using crouch and jumping to avoid something while being cuffed)

Why should you be unbanned: I was banned because i jumped while being cuffed as a d-class infront of HCZ Elevator, which meant that when the went down with the Elevator, i was stuck behind the door while they went down. Now i didn't know that smth like this actually worked. I will stop doing stuff like this in the future

The reasoning for your ban as you previously said you were abusing a minor glitch on the server which was ruining the RP Test that was being conducted with you and another person on the server as Class-D. In the clip provided during the sit you said it was not your first time and that you had always done stuff like this and due to the previous warnings on your account you seem to break the rules very often.

If your ban appeal was accepted how do we know you would just not come back and break the rules again as the reason the stacked bans was added was due to bans that were on your account prior to this current ban?

The part where i said that i have always done this was not about me glitching before the Elevator. It was about me just generally being annoying like for example closing Doors while being cuffed or trying to break out or similar stuff like this. And apparently i forgot to mention that in the end we still had to wait infront of the Elevator in HCZ. Btw i didn't even know that the glitch thing with the Elevator worked and i didn't even break out ( i waited for the E-11 to come and get me)

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

I've decided to deny your appeal after looking over your history, since January 7th of this year, you have gathered 19 different breaches of the server rules, with a few of them getting you banned, this shows me that you will not learn after every instance of your violation being brought before you.

Klement 'Laika' Henschel, I will not give you a second chance if you do not even consider to spend a second reading the rules.

You may not re-appeal this decision.
